Trash Valet Service - BEWARE
Nothing like a friendly welcome to you and your guests as you pass by neighbors with trash bags decorating the hallways. Welcome Home!
The trash valet sure sounded like a great service to pay for when moving here. Never again will I move to a place that offers this service. Trash is put out at all hours of the day and on days the nightly service does not pick up and accumulates over the weekends in the halls.
Trash is only supposed to be out during certain hours of the night and in a provided black bin. This does not happen and management does not enforce or monitor

I maintain my review about the great views and maintenance staff, almost immediate service. But god forbid you need actual help from management on a more serious issue. This area is becoming crime central. I have an outside storage area that is in the hallway. It has been broken into twice in the past month. Called management and they say, " Well we recommend only storing Christmas decorations and things like that out there." Is that the type of response you want? Also on the 2nd time, police investigated

Living at this place has been overall one of the best apartment complexes I’ve lived in. The staff is great although I think the management company doesn’t allow them to improve the property like they should. Christian has been awesome since I’ve been here! He is very quick with any maintenance tasks and leaves my unit better than when he left it! Also when we run into each other around the property you can tell he genuinely cares about you and the experience of living at metro at main! He is a secret asset of metro at main!

I moved in September 2017 they were brand new. Manny leased me my apartment... he was professional and cool. No one wants stuck up people in the office regardless of the price and location. The office team was awesome then and still now. Every property has issues at times but overall, they will fix anything fast. I’m comfortable and safe that’s all that matters!

This place was amazing, then we moved out and they took our whole deposit. We were amazing tenets and I left the house sparkling clean! Saying they charge renovation charges?! We were hardly home and never really settled in! How is them renovation our fault. They will take all of your money. This was a great experience but now was not worth it. Our hard earned money was taken

I have lived at Metro at Main for 5 months and I DO NOT have ONE Complaint! This is by far the friendliest and cleanest complexes I have ever lived in. The Staff all around is amazing with a HUGE Shout out to Tony the head of the Maintenance Department. Tony and his crew do such a great job and are all super friendly. You can really tell they all enjoy their jobs! I LOVE living here! Sharon Cole
