Services
Patz & Hall was founded in 1988 by four talented individuals: Donald Patz, James Hall, Anne Moses and Heather Patz. The seeds for Patz & Hall were planted in the 1980s when assistant winemaker James Hall and national sales manager Donald Patz struck up a close friendship while working together at Flora Springs Winery and Vineyards.

I absolutely love this winery. Every time I go the staff is EXTREMELY friendly and knowledgeable. This particular time Michelle helped us and she was wonderful. She made the wine experience not only enjoyable but personable. The venue is also serene and peaceful. It's a little slice of heaven. Highly recommend! Not to mention the wine is absolutely delicious!

Top notch hospitality experience! From the time of confirming the reservation to the time we arrived, I was already sold. Once we stepped foot inside the staff was super welcoming and the tasting experience was tailored to our individual tastes, which made it so much better.
The winery is just the right size which allows for an intimate tasting experience, but also lends itself to cater to larger groups (COVID permitting) to enjoy an afternoon. It is a converted estate, that was almost tailor made to entertain.

I have to say Patz & Hall is a real class act!
I had a reservation on a Saturday in August for a small family group for a late afternoon tasting. The air quality had deteriorated throughout the day due to nearby fires, and by the time our 3pm reservations rolled around the air quality in Sonoma was so bad that P&H was closing for the day for the safety of guests and employees alike.
The tasting room manager, Patrick, realizing that we'd driven from out of town and had our hearts set on tasting the P&H wines, packed up a gift box of a few of the wines for tasting once we reached

My niece is a member there and she made a reservation for us on the cover patio
I am from the east coast and I frequent the Northern Virginia wineries which are beautiful and good but most of them are kids friendly
This place is very elegant and the wine oh the time is divine, we were blessed to have Patrick who is incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to share his knowledge with us
I usually don't preferreds but I love everything Patrick poor in my glass that glorious day
I love it so much I order to be delivered

This winery was recommended to us by a sister winery and oh boy were we in for a treat. This winery is known for Chardonnay and Pinot noirs. Pinot noir is my absolute favorite type of wine. So this was definitely a little gem we found! They also have champagne or sparkling as they call it if your a champagne drinker. The pinots were phenomenal and the Brit rose champagne was absolutely fantastic I even bought a bottle to take home! If your in the area stop by here the wine attendants are great and it's a beautiful winery! With delicious wines!

Beautiful grounds, great wine and a friendly staff. They were able to accommodate us as walk-ins, but we got lucky someone else didn't show up so a reservation is preferred.
The tasting was more expensive than most of the no-reservation-required wineries, but par for the course given the level of attention and average bottle price.

The worst tasting experience I've ever had. With this winery's high acclaim in the wine industry I am extremely disappointed and would recommend to anyone to never visit Patz & Hall. The estate and tasting room are absolutely gorgeous, but the tasting experience itself was so boring....and that's putting it nicely. The tastings were expensive, which is somewhat understandable considering the price point of the wine, but we only tasted four wines and the pours were the smallest I've even been given at a tasting. A couple we know are members of this winery. When we decided to do a Sonoma trip, they made an appointment for our group of six on Saturday, July 21st at 3pm. We were sat in a more private area which was nice as it felt more intimate.

As a big fan of Patz and Hall and an appreciator of quality wine tastings, I was very disappointed in my experience at their tasting room. The host that we were paired with was overwhelmingly dry, who droned endlessly, rather than actually help us appreciate and enjoy the quality of the wines he had poured us. Any other winery in Sonoma will provide you with equally good wine and a much much better tasting experience.

LOVE is the first word when I think of Patz & Hall. I was a club member for a few years - and actually sold them in the city about 10 years ago. You cannot go wrong with any of their wines - seriously, one of my all-time favorite wineries.
Also, the people that have created this brand and these wines are great people. Ann is the BEST!! If you haven't had it - try it, buy some, it's delicious!!

One of the most gorgeous estates in Sonoma County, my friends and I were all beyond impressed with our tasting experience!
I made an appointment in advance for "The Salon Experience" held in the Sonoma House and it was everything I'd expected yet that much more. Our wine educator, Kathy, did a particularly wonderful job of taking care of us from start to finish and it was such a pleasure getting to know her story as well.
We began in the outdoor patio with some crazy low-production bubbly that was pretty darn delightful and paired perfectly with the lovely view of the surrounding
