Applied for these apartments June 2021 their system wasn’t up for weeks. There was no model unit to view so you basically would be applying and going in blind. when you apply it tells you what apartment you would be assigned to. So I drove the property while waiting for approval or denial. When you drive it looks decent but once you go to back section of the complex the apartments are run down trash everywhere. Sometime in July leasing agent Yessica told me I was denied and they would refund my admin fee. I offered to come pick it up because I had no address for them to send it to at that time

The Cushman & Wakefield management company has come in and made GREAT improvements in the aesthetics and safety of the complex. Work orders are addressed within 24 hours and often resolved same day.
There will be security very soon and hopefully that will assist with the less desirable neighbors and trespassers. I’m excited to see the changes in the community.

I paid the $50 app fee and $150 admin fee for them to ghost me. Called and called and even emailed with no response back. Finally got ahold of Katina in the office who said I was declined--when I asked why she said there was no reason listed and that she would have to call back in twenty minutes (it's been 4 days and I have yet to receive a call back). It's actually illegal to pull credit and then not give a reason for decline due to the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA). I have 800+ credit and bank statements showing substantial cash if they had only asked and

You only hear from them when it's rent time. They never fix anything, garbage area stays filthy. I found an 8 foot snake outside my door and they didn't call animal control. We tenants had to catch it. Old appliances in apartments. They have a revolving door policy which means they change personnel every 6 to 8 months. Horrible.

Lived here for over, 5 yr. Management has changed hands 4 times. Slow on service calls, pest control problems. No lighting in parking stalls. There has been several safety issues along with crime issues. Not sure why we have the water cut off a least once a month with piping issues. Trash pile up. Their excellent on collecting rent. Now that the pandemic is over let's Hope New Management can improve on the community.

Worst place I have ever lived. Its a SHAM. My kitchen ceiling fell in twice and the first time it took almost 3 months to fix. They say I am on a list for extermination, never have I ever had someone come by the house. They never answer the phone at the leasing office. And every set of new management they get is good for about 2 weeks, then they realize that there are more problems than they signed up for and its back to square one. If you have any other option -- take it because this place is NOT it!

Extremely unprofessional. All of my attempts to resolve issues have gone unanswered. Firstly, they NEVER answer the phone. I cannot submit any emergency maintenance issue. I submitted maintenance request [online] a week and a half ago that are deemed emergencies and they have failed to even acknowledge my requests. After a week of not getting an answer I proceeded to go to the office to make my requests and 5 days following no one has come. Beyond that my apartment is extremely clean. I literally mop, sweep, vacuum, take out trash...etc DAILY! After 2 months roaches are literally invading my space

To begin this apartments have Bad staff in the office. They are so rude And unprofessional. They need to work on customer service as soon as possible. Such as a manager. She needs to learn how to treat her customers. To Report something about your apartment they take forever to fix it. But when it comes to rent time they want that 1st thing on the same date. But when it comes for them to come out and fix something they take their sweet time. And the has to do a lot with the staff and the office. I don't recommend these apartments at all.

Do not rent here. They are not honest. They want your money and don’t want to fix anything. The manager is rude and her boss is rude. The only nice people are people at door but they can’t do anything. I have complained about people living in the laundry room, nothing happens. Drug deals happen all the time, one time a guy was shot in broad daylight. I’m scared to live here. I’m outty 5000 when this contract is up. I mean between the roaches, my leaky ducts, like for real water not air comes out of my ac.
