I had a pleasant experience with Lindsey and Justin. I love my neighbors here and every apartment comes with a garage to protect your car from hail. The pool, hot tubs, grills and cabanas are amazing. I used the pet spa for my dog. It is so much easier than trying to do it at home. We are next to Coal Creek trail and going out in downtown Louisville (2 miles). I already found a cool, unique book store and coffee shop I love. 10 minutes from Boulder.

We have been here for about 2 months and absolutely love it! We had a problem with our garage and maintenance fixed it right away. The amenities can't get any better honestly. The gym is awesome, the pool and grills and cabana are so well taken care of. We love our kitchen and our new space. Seriously we are so so happy we moved here. Also the staff in the office are so kind and helpful. We are so close to cool restaurants and good highways for shorter commutes. Wish I could give more than five stars!

Prana’s maintenance and management is really good. The maintenance staff - Manny and the rest of the team is extremely responsive and helpful. The complex is quiet and clean. While I wish the pool was available more often, I understand there are mechanical issues and they are doing their best to fix it right away. No rental complex is perfect as there are always issues. It’s just nice that the staff cares and is responsible and respectful. Great place to live!

From the day I walked in, toured and leased, I knew that I had made the right choice. This is undoubtedly the best COMPLETE staff in any complex I have resided. Friendly, courteous, pleasant, accommodating, efficient, prompt and did I say FRIENDLY? They have always treated me like I was walking in for the first time - treating me as they did that very first day. I am moving back East and I will miss this great bunch. My apartment, although pricy, is so spacious and quiet and unique in design. I have truly enjoyed my 2+ years here.

Very friendly office staff. Walked in, viewed a apartment, and signed a lease all in the same day. The apartment is beautiful and we love the layout. It's very quiet, clean, and our neighbors are all friendly. The location is also perfect. Everything you could want to do is with in 5 miles or less. My husband's work and my kids school are all very close. We feel very safe and at home here.

I would not recommend this complex. We called it cash grab central; unfortunately after the pandemic we ended up on a month to month lease, due to uncertainty in where we would live next. This cost us about $2200 for rent, $100-150 for utils including garbage and admin fees and $100-150 for electricity. If you were one day late on payment (which happened to us due to a mix up with the automatic payments) they immediately put a letter demanding rent on your door at 5 PM that day, rather than even sending a reminder email. Our bills came out to $2500+ every month for a one bedroom apartment that

I have lived here now for one month. Since then they have responded quickly and so nicely about a shower head that wasn't right, a toilet running, and a few other things. They took care of the issues quickly, and with a smile. And they did not let my sneaky cat out, which I was worried about, but shouldn't have been.
I have made friends with neighbors, attended an AWESOME Sip & Paint Party, worked out 3 times per week in their fitness facility with my neighbor, and walked my dog around the premises 3-6 times per day. I love it here! The office staff is incredibly nice. My neighbors

I lived in Prana for 4 months (mid May through Mid September) and recently moved out. I'm giving them 5 stars because, though things could have theoretically been better, theory rarely applies in the real world and Prana is about as good as you can find in the real world.
Summary: I couldn't continue to be a renter for very long. It simply didn't make sense for me to rent rather than buy. However, if I COULD have made the decision to be a renter, or if I ever could choose to do so in the future, Prana is where I'll be. I don't think you can find a finer community of apartment

I have lived here for 4 years now and still loving it! The property and amenities are beautiful and are very well kept up. I have a one bedroom,it is very spacious,large kitchen & bathroom,closet. Office staff Nick & Michelle are awesome! Maintence staff Roger & Ray quick & soooo friendly. We look forward to our evening happy hour when we get off work,there is free beer in the clubhouse while they are open. The pool area is great with cabanas & couches,big screen TV's,BBQ grills. The monthly events bring residents together in a warm social setting.

I have never been one to write reviews but I am thoroughly pleased. I have never had a better move-in experience at any other complex I have ever lived at. The office staff were so friendly and helpful. My apartment is absolutely beautiful and smelled wonderful. The year round heated pool and beer on tap are fantastic. I am also impressed with the maintenance staff as they are very prompt on requests and the grounds always look very well maintained.

Erin and Alisa are so helpful and responsive! They went above and beyond during our time at Prana while we waited for our house to be built. Nice apartments with good amenities and good community areas (the pool and the gym especially). Management there is worthless though. I had issues with their management team both when I moved in and moved out. I moved out 4 months ago and still have not gotten my security deposit back - they've been claiming it's on the way for a month and a half. While living in the apartments, I mainly tried to avoid any need for help from the management team because I have absolutely no confidence in them.

We had cleaned the apartment from top to bottom and there were no visible stains on the carpet. The maintenance guy doing our move out inspection pulled up the carpet with pliers and saw 2 stains underneath the carpet not visible from the top. He then told us he had to charge us to replace the entire carpet of the apartment (around $570). He said he did this with all of the move-outs and I have talked to other people who have had the same thing happen.

Prana is a quiet, beautifully maintained, and modern community conveniently located in south Lafayette. I lived in the community for over two years. I found these apartments to be a great value when comparing others in the surrounding area. Most apartments in this area do not come with storage space or garages without an added cost, at Prana, you get both at no additional cost. The enormous 24-hour pool and hot tub is a huge plus. Sometimes you just want to go for a soak at 12 AM, at most apartments the pool closes at 10 PM. The fitness facility, although not large, has a variety of equipment

I signed a year lease with Prana back in July. The complex looked beautiful and well kept and still is to this day. They also provide many amenities if you choose to use them. However, be careful when signing your lease that you read through all specifics (especially if you own pets). Before moving in with a pet, Prana will approve your pet or not. However, if you get another pet WHILE living there do not expect the same rules and exceptions that you signed on to be true. I moved in with a 3 year old small border collie and all was fine. After reading the review by Nelly H. I feel compelled to write my own. I am currently finishing up my 3rd lease here at Prana. My wife and I have lived here since it was built, and have had nothing but great relations with the management and maintenance staff. They are professional, friendly, and responsive, dealing with any issues that may arise in a timely and professional manner. The grounds are well kept, and the hot tub and pool area are as nice as you will find in any comparable property. The most down time we've had regarding the pool was when someone had dropped a glass in the pool
