Having not rented an apartment for over 35 years, when relocating to the Boulder area and in need of short term rental housing, we chose North Main based on the location and amenities the property offered. When we first moved here in Sept, we had some minor issues that were addressed by management promptly. Since then we have had some other minor maintenance issues that have also been addressed almost immediately. Ryan Gibbe has been our go to guy. We have been extremely pleased with his professionalism, response time and follow up. Everything has been addressed and resolved quickly to our satisfaction

Such a beautiful community! I was so excited when the new pool furniture arrived in time to enjoy it for the end of summer. This community is perfectly located near down town Louisville which is totally our hang out spot. The staff was always so welcoming anytime we stopped in to grab a beer. That's right they have beer on tap!!!!! Unfortunately we decided to move to a sister community at the end of our lease but would return in a heart beat if the largest two bedroom is available next year for us!

I've lived in North Main at Steel Ranch since it opened about 8 years ago. I LOVE IT!
Why? Because it's like living in a resort...year-round heated swimming pool and hot tub. Beautiful Clubhouse with free beer, swanky coffee machine, kitchen, big screen TVs, private conference rooms, game room and awesome exercise room. Pre-Covid we had Thursday night Happy Hours with different themes, free cooking and art classes, yoga classes and various Holiday parties.
Hopefully, all this community-building fun will be back soon. In the interim, the staff has done their best to fill-in with food trucks and

My oldest son and I have been living at North Main since the start of the pandemic last year so a little over a year now.The office staff is always helpful and unnecessary kind when you come in for a beer or when I told them I accidentally broke my microwave handle. Kelsey the manager has been outstanding & seems ground to earth to talk to. She is much older than she looks. Ryan is fancy to look at for the view. Ladies watch out because he’s a heartthrob.

My mother is moving here on Friday. We have looked at locations all over the area and not only is the property beautiful and well kept, the staff has been kind and extremely accommodating. Kelsey the office manager is extremely professional and does what she says she’s going to do. That’s important to me.

After a brief scan of the reviews on google, it seems that from my perspective many of these folks have had a very different experience than my partner and I have. After our landlord had to put their condo on the market that we were renting, we were in a rush to find a new place ASAP. We found that these apartments checked all of our boxes and reached out for a tour. After touring we decided that Steel Ranch was a perfect fit.
Trinity helped us with the tour, move in process and getting settled in. She was extremely fun to do business with, accommodating, helpful and pleasant.

Even though I decided not to rent here (personal reasons) Tyler has been such an amazing leasing consultant. She is consistent, responds quickly, and has such an amazing attitude. She followed up with me as promised and because of HER, I would rent from this place. You just don’t find customer service like what you get with her these days anymore. She’s super sweet, very informative, very inviting, caring, and compassionate. She answers questions directly and as honest as she can and she is NOT PUSHY! I highly recommend this place especially for the caring staff they have.

In an apartment after a decade of single-family living, we have been pleasantly surprised. We've been delighted with the weekly get-togethers. The maintenance staff created an amazing pinata for Halloween, the paint-and-sip events have been fun, and the dinners and other activities have been varied and family-friendly. Our elementary-age kids are loving the pool during the cold months just as much as mid-July. Great to have a friendly and responsive office staff. The location is ideal--downtown walking access and lots of trails nearby. The rent is worth it if you participate in the community events
