The staff is kind. Maintenance has gone through some people, but the new guy seems efficient enough. Going on 7 years here. The four of us (and our cats) are content. My favorite thing is the elementary is next door, there’s a pool and a gym. Also, there’s a manual grill next to the dog park, if you’re interested. It’s nice to walk around.

I have to say that this is my first time living on my own since moving to Colorado three years ago & when I had to find a place it was under major duress!!
I must give a HUGE shout out to the assistant manager Evans Gonzalez who has dealt with my multiple emotional breakdowns with grace & humility & professionalism... Evans has always answered my questions in a timely manner, shown me kindness and been a wonderful asset in times of stress.
I am enjoying my little apartment, it is the perfect size for me and I am enjoying making it my first real home in Colorado.
This is a nice community here

I moved to Colorado after getting a job and didn't have time to find a roommate. This was the most affordable option I could find while living in a specified zone for my work. The apartments are very nice sized, in unit laundry, and are clean (also the water gets like super hot so no worries about having a cold shower lol). The patios are large too. It is mostly families so if you are young and looking to meet people maybe not top choice. But I do feel safe here and there always kids outside playing. Evan Gonzalez, one of the employees, has been super helpful. I noticed some trash getting put in

Evans is the absolute best! I’m a single mom I was getting my very first apartment and I was super nervous and I really honestly had no idea what to expect and he not only walked me through the process but made me feel very comfortable and anytime that I had any questions he was readily available to answer all of my concerns. Anytime that I needed anything he’s been more than willing to help me and make sure I get the best quality service from this complex! He is so amazing and a very a special person to have on your team here!

I currently live at the Ardenne apartments .
I am a single mother of a one year old and expecting a new baby Im currently on the third floor here but had some complications ..
I was able to talk to Evans from the management team and he was wonderful and helpful when I asked if he had any first floor apartments available he got on it and informed me of upcoming first floor apartments and plans for me and my family!
Evans has been more than wonderful to work with!

For the second time in less than a year (last time was around Christmas so 9 months ago) we were woken up by loud chirping from our smoke detector in our bedroom. Called the emergency maintenance line at 2:30 am, 3:30 am and 4 am. They tell us that they have not been able to reach anyone to come out and change the battery. We can’t sleep due to the… loud chirping.
We can’t just take the battery out because the whole system is interconnected. We know this because they told us so when they were out here 9 months ago for what turned into a whole 2 night saga, with the Fire Department

The owners of this apartment complex are holding up the construction of the signal traffic intersection by the city of Lafayette. This is a very dangerous intersection. Impossible to turn west onto South Boulder Road during rush hour, school, and when the new water park is open. I will remove this review when the traffic signals become operational. Respect the neighborhood you stupid Texans.

I have lived in worse places but for almost 1800 a month I feel I would like a little more attention to detail. When I moved in I could tell the "makeready" wasn't done correctly I found alot wrong with the apartment. With that being said I also have never had neighbors this nice or lived in such a small town which I am loving i think me and my family will stay in Lafayette

I hate living here. I cannot wait to move. It is a trashy place to live, constant trash overflowing the dumpsters, large items places next to the dumpsters for days, loud obnoxious teens, terrible sound barriers between units. I constantly hear heavy feet pounding above be, music flowing from next door, and every night after 10 pm loud teenage… kids partying. Who would pay the rates they charge to live in a dump like this? Trash. I work too hard to waste my money on a place like this. And I forgot to mention that my bike had been destroyed while locked up at the bike rack. Someone felt the
