This apartment complex is wonderful from the proximity to I70 and Wanamaker to the staff. The maintenance crew is always there to fix anything and Cindy, Mindy and Chris are awesome to work with. I’ve lived in Crown Colony for 2 years so I have a pretty good idea of exactly what this place is by now. With that said, CC is fantastic. Not only is it a nice apartment without any noise coming through walls, the management is amazing. Cindy, Mindy, and Chris really make the place shine. I had internet issues that were resolved by them not giving up and forcing Cox to correct the issues after Cox would do nothing. They are very fair, kind, and accommodating management. Be nice to them.

Mindy and the crew at Crown Colony Apartments have been so kind and easy to work with. They went out of their to be helpful whenever we needed them We love our apartment and all the amenities that come with it. It’s peaceful and relaxing. Great neighbors and just one of the best renting experience my husband and I have ever had!

I have been a resident at Crown Colony for a couple of years, and it is by far the best apartment community in Topeka. The entire staff, both office and maintenance, is super friendly and exceedingly helpful and responsive. The units are designed really well, and include both a washer/dryer combo and a free carport spot. Add in the location and the fact that it is nice and quiet, and it's just awesome!

I lived at Crown Colony for a little over a year and a half. This is probably one of the best (if not the best) apartments I've lived in. I lived in two different units, and they were both clean and in good working order. The complex overall is very quiet, and I rarely heard noise from my neighbors. Maintenance was quick to respond to any calls. I love that the apartment complex is dog friendly - but be aware they have strict policies about animal droppings. If you clean up after your dog anyway, it's not an issue and I appreciated that the premises was clean because of the rules. They have a cute

I would highly recommend living in Crown Colony Apartments. I lived in two apartments within the Crown Colony community and both were very well-taken care of and clean. The office staff is incredible! I had to suddenly break my lease early and they worked so hard to make sure my apartment was filled as quickly as possible so I wouldn't be charged additional rent. The community is quiet and respectful and in a great location. Very close to shopping, restaurants, etc. I have no complaints about my time at Crown Colony and would recommend this community to anyone.

I recently moved out due to buying a house. I lived at Crown Colony for 7 1/2 years. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a family type apartment complex. Everyone there is amazing. The office staff always knows you and is always willing to help and work with you. The maintenance staff is always there and fixes things immediately! Crown Colony is a great place to live!!!

Great location and community. The lease staff is fantastic and they always have small events going on for holidays throughout the year. Apartments are spacious with new amenities and flooring. Each complex gets a covered parking spot right in front/near their apartment which has been very helpful during the winter months. I am very happy with my apartment and experience here.
