This is the furthest from a REPUTABLE lawyers office. FIRST OF ALL, her staff all resemble welfare to work clients. I went to the office unannounced and the ENTIRE office reeked of weed, so much so that the "paralegal" wasted a can of Lysol trying to mask the odor. Before I even became a client, a REPRESENTATIVE came to a friends house to meet with me to sign on with the barracudas office. It was such a disgrace seeing THIS "gal" as the spokesperson for what is supposedly a highly recommended top notch lawyer. Needless to say, that was the way the ball bounced from that point

I hired Dorothy and her team to handle a car accident for me and my daughter. 04Feb219 I never once spoke to her personally it was always her puppet informing me "Attonery Hyde is working diligently trying to get you a top offer " in the beginning her office would send me inspirational quotes and post cards, never a call from the attorney I hired ! Then the post cards stop, they started randomly sending text asking for pics of my car and any additional information I had. I would respond then nothing I would call and ask to speak with her and was told Mrs.Hyde is in court and to send her

Absolutely the biggest run around and waste of time in my life. They agreed to take my case a year ago after jumping thru all their hoops, today they tell me they can't continue my case. The office staff is completely incompetent! They messed up my case so bad that rather than make it right, she just quit on me. Some "barracuda." DO NOT INVEST!!

If I could give this law office a negative star I would. Stay far away!!! there is no way the positive reviews are from actual clients. You never get to speak with the actual person working your case its always someone at the front desk and the only info they give you is that its in demand! I left messages with the receptionist and she would assure me every time that the lady working on my case would call me back and she NEVER did/does. I would have to constantly call them, I was always pleasant because I know how it is dealing with angry customers and I'm sure they deal with them all day

I would have had a better chance of willing my case if i hired a 5 year old monkey. .
For the past year my case has bern in demand but ..out of the blue so idiot box called me up and told me that the adjuster for my slip and fall needed additional iformation and that the insurance company can't find the evedence where i cut my toe almost off..
Well why in the hell would evidence be there after a damn year..
But i thought the case was in demand status ..really

A friend and I was walking in a H.E.B in September and we was just walking and talking and than I fell in the produce department and she turned around and said are you ok I was just talking and did not get an answer and look and you were on the floor.
The hard concrete floor. Fast forward her law firm reached out to me and the took my case and sent me to therapy I sent in pictures of where I fell and never a card of the person I spoke with at the store . Neil was the person from the law office and every time I call he was out of the office or off ..... Really ..... Fast forward again 10 months

Do not use. You will rarely hear from them and when you try to get in touch with them, they can never get you in touch with the person with your chart. If they take a message for that person they don't call back. After a year and a half I started getting collection notices for over a grand for the insurance covering the driver that hit me trying to subrogate damages. I'M NOT PAYING FOR AN IDIOT TO REAR END ME BECAUSE HE WASN'T PAYING ATTENTION! When I emailed the attorney directly , she really was not answering my question, as if she wasn't keeping up with the conversation.

By far the worst experience ever with an atty. I would never recommend her services to a friend or someone I cared about. My first clue should've been when her 'runner' who came to sign me up, was an hour and a half late!
From day one they completely dropped the ball with my case. The chiro they referred me to never sent me for x-rays or an MRI, which I needed. Was completely unprofessional, crude and couldn't even give a decent adjustment.
Every time I called the office, no one ever knew who I was or what was going on with the progression of my case.
