Services
Safety Eyewear: Work-related eye injuries occur every day. Most eye injuries are caused from inadequate eye protection. We carry a variety of safety certified frames marked with ANSI Z87.1-2003 to meet OSHA requirements. We participate with VSP, Medicare, Blue Cross & Blue Shield PPO (Medical), and Vision Care Plan (VCP).
Frame: If your frame breaks under normal wearing conditions due to a manufacturer defect, we will repair or replace it (if still manufactured) for 12 months from date of purchase. Lenses: Our lens treatments are the hardest, most durable surface protection available. However, any lens can scratch or break.
A contact lens is a medical device in contact with your eye therefore, it must fit properly to maintain the health of your eyes. A contact lens prescription can only be determined by an evaluation of the lens. Since follow-up care is essential, it is important to keep all appointments and follow lens care instructions.

Dr Horner is a very gentle and compassionate soul. She makes you comfortable simply by her indigenous demeanor.
Dr Horner is very skilled and is well versed in current tending health care venues and the entire gamut of eye care approaches.
I previously had an eye care doctor since 2014 when post age 50 I had my first eye exam and consequently my first ever set of contacts and glasses.
Well well well..... As in all things - nothing is created equal. Dr Horner proved that my first (emergency) appointment this past summer; where it was blatantly obvious to me a newbie to eye care needs; that
