Do not move here, the apartments are overpriced for what is offered. I am being penalized for renting a garage, you are only given one parking spot regardless if you pay for a garage or have multiple cars. They charge for trash valet pickup and then charge a monthly trash fee in their monthly Conservice charges which also includes common area electricity and gas, that adds on an extra charge estimated $100 that was never discussed while signing the lease. The elevator and hall areas are filthy, I saw the cleaning crew clean once since moving in 8 months ago. Dog owners do not pick up after there

For six months I have been making noise complaints about both my upstairs neighbors and my neighbors to one side. Upstairs will dribble balls, stomp on the floor deliberately (I'm not being dramatic, there's an actual rhythm to the stomping sometimes), play loud music, along with there being constant banging, thumping, people running around, loud parties, etc. Our neighbors to the side play loud music all the time at all hours of the day. One day the music will start at 10am on a Sunday, 6:45am on a Saturday, in the afternoon, in the evening, so loud that it echoes through the master

I have visited this place many times, and although I don't live here, I can tell it would be a great place to live. The staff members who I have interacted with (Logan and Jane) are very professional and friendly. The apartments look really nice and the entire place is really new and clean. It is also a great location right by a Trax stop and close to a lot of shopping and other nice businesses in the Daybreak area.

This place looked like a dream when I toured it over a year ago, but our experience here has been a living nightmare. Two weeks before we were supposed to move in we were told that the apartment wasn’t ready for us to move in. They were nice and helped us move into a different building temporarily, but by the time the new building (the one we originally signed our contract for) was ready, they had sold our apartment to someone who worked there in the leasing office. I recently took a tour at this community and want to say how helpful and kind the Vida employees were. Very professional, some very nice apartments, and new amenities. Though they did not have available exactly what I needed, they did their best to help me find what I was looking for at other apartments. I definitely recommend this place

Will not be moving here or giving them a dollar more! I applied August 28th and have patiently waited almost 3 weeks (in two days) for a response! They claim it's due to being out of state applicants, however, I've worked in property management myself and have NEVER taken this long to give a screening result! I've seen denials along with appeals be completed in shorter time. They essentially left me the choice of moving to Utah homeless or applying elsewhere. I applied elsewhere this morning and was approved within seconds! They called twice in this time with "we are still waiting for one person

This apartment and the management team are out of this world helpful and they really do care!! My first time moving into an apartment complex a few years ago was so horrible and I almost didn’t move in here with my boyfriend but I’m so glad I did! I love coming home and always having nice friendly faces to go to for help if I ever need it!

Toured april 19th loved it. applied april 20th and it was going well until they started asking for bank statements without crossing out my transactions. i showed proof of income, i’m able to qualify. showed them my last bank statements with my account number and amount in my account. my employer even offered to talk to them for me. they still were pushing me on sending bank statements without hiding my transactions. i’m so uncomfortable with this management.
