Beautiful facilities, the decorations for this Christmas season are beautiful. The snow removal is phenomenal, it helps a lot for those of us who have to go to work very early in the morning.

This post is specifically about Victor, here is always professional and a pleasure to work with. Victor has always been very responsive to the needs that I have brought up about issues needing to be resolved. He has been the only one that is precise and getting back to me in a very timely manner. I really appreciate him and the way he handles everything that is brought to his attention. Thank you Victor for doing such a good job!

Abish was awesome! Had to go over the lease and renewed for another year and she made sure we had everything correct and was super sweet. Love her customer service! :)!

I've loved living at Affinity 56! The office team is super friendly and my apartment is beautiful. I do wish the other tenants would take pride in where they live and pick up after their dogs, but it doesn't happen often. I constantly see the maintenance guys having to do this and it's sad!! Overall, I love it here and would recommend!

The best! My wife and I moved in here last month and so far, so good. We moved from Atlanta due to my job relocation and it was a bit stressful. The office team at Affinity made this move easy and I couldn't have asked for a better experience. I'm sad I missed summer at the pool, but can't wait to use it next year!

This place is fantastic. We have lived here for a few months. The team at the office have been incredibly helpful, welcoming, and personable. Even after living in the apartment for a month, we received a personalized email checking in to see how we were doing.
We love that the apartment complex is pet friendly! Trash valet, the dog park, two swimming pools, and the clubhouse are really great perks! The only bummer is that the clubhouse is not accessible to play pool after office hours. The gym is 24 hours and really nice. There is even a little play room for children in the gym area.

We moved to this complex due to the amazing things we saw online like the clubhouse, pool with a lazy river, aesthetically pleasing apartments and what looked to be an all around great place to live. The maintenance workers were wonderful and always quick to help with anything that needed to be fixed. The staff members were nice but all they did was apologize and never really did anything to help with issues that were had. They never followed through with their own rules - certain dog breeds being allowed, people picking up after their dogs and being a no smoking facility (according to signs around

We chose to renew our lease because of the staff and the upscale place. It is kept fairly clean for such a large complex. The staff is ALWAYS helpful and courteous and never feel put out. Great community!

Affinity 56 is a great apartment complex. The staff is very nice and easy to work with! The apartments themselves are still really new and very comfortable. I love how big the kitchen and bathroom is! The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is because some of the residents have a hard time remembering to pick up after their dogs, however the complex does a good job of regularly cleaning up the grass, but it’s unfortunate that they have to do that in the first place. Overall it’s a great place to live and I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking to move.

We love living here. The walls are thin and you can sometimes hear your neighbors but everyone is understanding especially if you have kids. The staff is very friendly and the apartments are spacious and open with alot of natural lighting.

So far I love 💖💖 it here..the staff are very nice..I like how it's very clean. Even in the evening there's people picking up our trash so we don't have to take it ourselves. That comes in handy especially during snow days😉🤫

The staff alone will make you LOVE living here. The apartments are luxurious at an AMAZING price. We only pay about $100 more than our last apartment for an additional bed and bath! It was an amazing find. I will ALWAYS recommend affinity 56 to everyone I know. My husband and I have lived in other complexes with the WORST experiences. The apartments are beautiful, and spacious, the staff are the sweetest people you’ll ever meet, totally ready to help you with anything you need. If you’re living anywhere else, you’re doing it wrong!

I have read the reviews both negative and positive. I personally have not experienced the negative remarks concerning Affinity 56. Our apartment is very spacious, my neighbors I never hear, I love the valet trash service, the security system, and all the fabulous amenities such as club house, the pool is huge and has a lazy river. The jacuzzi is also huge. There is two grills which are huge. Also, a walking trail and for those who have pets there is a grooming room. The gym is amazing it has an area for your little ones so there is no excuse to not workout. I live the mail and package area is indoors

The staffs are super nice but not the residents.. they leave trash all over the place and have no respect of their surroundings. While it's totally cool to see dogs, they leave their waste all over the place and owners don't pick up waste.. You also have to be extremely cautious when you're driving in the unit as some residents drive way too fast! I've almost gotten into several accidents just because of this.
