I applied here 4 weeks ago and it was a HUGE waste of my time. When I applied the office staff barely knew how to help fill out the application nor did they CARE. I asked how long would the approval process take and the office manager said 2 weeks. 2 weeks goes by and I get a call that another document is needed. I ask again how much longer until approved and I received a vague "shouldn't take compliance long". I call back a week later and still no answer. I finally called the cooperate office to get a status. I received a call that afternoon from the manager saying I needed to make corrections

These apartments are horrible!! I've been living here for 3 years and every year I've lived here someone has gotten killed or missing from these apartments. These apartments are cursed. Not to mention the office staff are trash!! The manager Kylie told me I couldn't renew my lease because they didn't want to and what did I expect... to live here forever! In those rude words. And I have 45 days to be out. She stated that I didn't do anything wrong she just chose not to renew my lease! Not to mention you suppose to give a 60 day notice but instead I received a 45 day notice! I DO NOT ADVISE ANYONE

My two years at this apartment complex was a learning experience .
I read reviews and I see a lot of bashing the people that run the place. I have never had a problem with them. When something breaks it gets fixed . Its the residents that do not value where they live . Not all, but certain ones that just do not care . The maintenance men are very friendly ..bottom line .. Apartments are beautiful.. People that live there ... Some good some bad.. Like anywhere you go.. Just hope it gets better..

I have lived here for 1 year and 6 months. It has been a wonderful experience living here. Quiet clean property. Very quic with repair request. I have only had to call maintenance one time for and the Management staff has shown a great deal of care for their tenants and their comfort. Also the management team has many programs for children year round very child friendly property.

I was planning on moving to these apartments. They're not that bad, the appliances could use some updating but overall, they're pretty nice. Plus a lot of renovations are being done around the area so it's up and coming. The only negative thing I'd say is the communication with the staff, sometimes they don't call you back or know what's going on with whatever problem you have- that's frustrating. The office staff is really friendly though and helpful. I didn't end up moving here for other non-related reasons, but I'd definitely consider it again if

I have changed my reviews back to 5 stars, I am not biased or provide false information to people, it is not in my customs and culture. Recently I had Electrical Issues, they came with electrical contractors and fixed it late last week, I was just checking that circuit breakers may get trip again or any outage in bedroom, but it is more than 10 days, nothing happened, hence light fluctuations sometimes but only few times, but overall 95% fixed. I am Thankful Linda, Manager Kyle, specially Ramon and other staff, I was mean to him, I should apologize to him. I know I should not be rude to Ramon

Ive been dealing with these apartments since JUNE... I move in Monday/next weekend, its JULY ... I've been regretting my choice since I put my deposit down. I've hated the apartments since i laid eyes on the carpet... Very worn out, not sure if it's been changed or cleaned well. Im just ready to get this 12 months over it. I've recorded every conversation and documented everything! PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THESE APARTMENTS.. Corporate, ORION ALLIED GROUP doesn't care... Spoke to a manager there and got nowhere. They don't care bc they don't live on property and

Incompetent, careless liars!!! I submitted an application w deposit on June 2, 2015 with a move in date of June 24th...assigned apt number 616 and supposedly, approved on the spot. It took these people 2 weeks to do an employment verification and 4 times I was called back to the office to make corrections on my application!! I was told the Friday before move in, by Monica, that the place was ready but when I showed up to correct paperwork..this manager "Kylie" informs me that the place isn't ready. A day later, still not ready, Two days later..day before move in..place still not
