Bexley Landing Apartments are comfortable and elegant apartments for rent in Euless, TX, in the very middle of DFW. Our community found on 901 Grange Hall Drive, Euless, TX is in the gorgeous suburban region of Mid-Cities, near major roads and different cities, making any commuter's or traveler's worries disappear.
You should include everyone who will be living in the apartment, including those under the age of 18 and guarantors (if applicable). Everyone 18 and older will be listed as a leaseholder for your apartment. If you are the first person filling out the application, you will be prompted in Step 4 to invite, via email, all persons 18 and older to complete an individual application.

I moved here in August. I love living here, property is always kept clean and maintained. Neighbors are nice and don’t disturb you and keep too themselves. Very pet friendly apartment complex, seems like everyone has a dog around me. Inside of the apartments are modern with updated appliances and cabinets, kitchen is spacious and plenty of storage.
Leasing agents are amazing at updating and emailing for any information or having get togethers around the community for coffee. They are very easy to get ahold of and maintenance has been very quick for any repairs or inspections as needed.

This place has gone to hell and back!! This is an everyday thing. We spend so much money for valet only to come home to this almost every night and nothing gets done about it. It’s always trash everywhere! You talk to the lady Kelsey in the office and she is so dismissive of this. The valet people just curse at you. My wife and I are so disappointed. We feel left with no other options. A couple more months and we are free of this place!

I’ve been living here since it was known as the The Flats and it has gone down significantly since then. What was once a beautiful resort like apartment complex has now been ran into the ground. The management loves to sporadically have residents events to distract the residents from how much the complex is declining. Please don’t be fooled by the beautiful empty apartments you will be shown, the friendly/fake smiles or the resort like pool area. The thing they won’t tell you is the pool has been vandalized several times and has had to be shut down within the last month. Also don’t get

The best sense is bought sense and now I see what the previous reviewers felt.
Pros- The maintenance staff are very prompt and some of the BEST that I have encountered. The interior decorator for the apartments did their job and it is very pleasing to the eye.
Cons- PARKING. This is the worst parking set up that I have ever witnessed. Whoever was the project manager for during the the developing stages of this apartment complex clearly did NOT consider that ALL tenants will needs equal access to trash receptacles and adequate parking. This is not a place where you stay more than a year or call

I was set on another property. I had my welcome home letter and everything. Thank God I never signed that lease... I came here to make sure I was making a good decision with the other place... Cheryl sold me. Made it super easy and she was fun to talk too. Came back the next day and Madelyn helped me, and wrapped up my decision to live here. Extremely happy.
