I just started renting here in the 37 block and so far the staff is exceptional. The apartment is a bit old and worn in places, and I've had a minor issue with bugs (just roaches) but the staff seems to be eager to resolve any issues I report on the Highmark Residential app.
Hopefully the pest control works out so I can keep my review positive!
Edit 31 Oct 2021: Between setting up traps and receiving pest control treatment, the frequency of cockroach appearances has reduced to habitable conditions, but the fact that I see them at all is something I think potential renters should be aware of.

Theres water stains in the ceiling … Theres some kind of hole under the carpet .. which was there when we first moved in the apartment.. The tub peels .. there is some kind of air bubble in the hardwood flooring … When we first moved here there was roaches and wasps which we told them about and the wasps and roaches are gone but still took them a while to get rid of them … Its not worth the price at all .. And as we move im sure theyre gonna blame all the stuff that is wrong with this apartment which we told them about on us 👍 oh and did i forget to mention that there is a leak in the

Great apartments for my first living space in Texas. Location and community are amazing. Felt safe with the area. Neighbors look out for each other. Office and maintenance men were exceptionally helpful in making sure things get taken care of. Only gave a 4 because it is an older complex and the building started having issues.

Love living here but hate the neighbors I have been complained about 3 times in less than two months one of those was because my kids were playing with chalk in the side walk like why are you that miserable to be complaining about Kids, (wanted to change my initial review from 1 star to 5 stars wanted to say thank you to the management team for everything they are always willing to help and make things better if you have any issues I highly recommend to reach out to the manager she will do everything she can to make it better)

I had a ruff start to moving in but the office staff more than made up for the inconvenience. So far my service requests were super simple to put in and when I was moving my very heavy furniture into my apartment alone, my neighbors ran to my rescue and helped me bring everything in. I'm so grateful that I found this place!

Just went into the office today and Monica was an awesome help. I am a current resident here. Parking is very convenient. Staff are very friendly. Monica Christy and Melinda are always helpful. There are always welcoming goodies in the office. The pool is beautiful. Nice quiet area. Gas stations and grocery stores are less than 3 miles away.

I love living here. Great, convenient location with nice amenities. My apartment is very nice, and large for what I pay. I've never had an issue with noise, and what I do hear is kids and families which is awesome. The staff is friendly and helpful. Christy is the BEST! She went above and beyond in the leasing process for us, and I'm super thankful I got to work with her! Ask for her if you're looking to lease!!

My husband an I have been here going on 6 years and we have lived in two different apartment sizes and still love it. Currently we have the "Premium" version of the B1/B2 layout and it is so spacious and homey. We live at the end of the complex, so we have the park and playground close enough that we can hang out outside when we have people over and still be able to come in and out of the apartment with ease.

Well maintained. Quiet. Good neighbors. Friendly staff. I've been here for 2 years now and don't have any complaints. If I could have spoken with the developers before hand I would have suggested they put the play area / green in a more central location rather than on the far side of the complex. That's really my only complaint - 4.5 stars
