When I first moved in this apartment complex was great. Now they are charging ridiculous fees for the most petty things . I had my car towed by their towing company for absolutely no reason and had to pay 1400+ dollars to get my car out. They are now charging for cars to be parked in the lot which never was something before and for the the trash valet I was charged a 100 dollar fee for leaving my trash out. Trevor and and akiko are extremely helpful but besides that screw this place .

This place use to be great. As of late there are 7AM fire alarms that go off with no explanation, a sudden charge for parking and the worst leasing office staff(except Trevor from mainline maintenance, he’s solid) I have ever had the “pleasure” of dealing with. For example - this morning they towed over 25 cars charging everyone $60 each car (I hope there isn’t damage.) they have constantly changed the schedule of this paving and the map looks like it was made by a child with crayon, it’s impossible to read. They emailed us at 8:30AM with less than a 30 minute window. The plumbing is

I've been living here for 6 years, and the previous owners and property managers weren't that great. Now we have had new owners and our property manager is Alice. She is so sweet, very kind and helpful! She is the reason for me writing this review. She is very professional and just a really nice person. I appreciate her and the other staff members.

There has been a change in property management companies at this complex recently and it’s honestly been a 100% change for the better. Ryan and the rest of the staff such as Akiko, Alice, and Trevor really go above and beyond for the residents and are all extremely professional. All of the changes that have been made to the complex in recent months have been for the better, and it’s a really nice place to live.

I just moved in and my apartment is GORGEOUS! Its smells so fresh and new! The office staff has always been so quick to respond and really care about helping you. They even left me a gift that had my first meal for my new home! It was the most thoughtful thing ever! I cant wait to get moved in and use the pool!
