From the start it has been very smooth, Amanda was extremely informative and patient with us since the very beginning. She took the time to explain and show us each apartment individually and one that met our needs. The amenities such as the gym, dog spa, and park is a wonderful plus. The neighborhood despite it being new is also very clean and well kept. I would definitely recommend Village Place and asking for Amanda for more information.

My roommate and I were very excited to move into these new apartments and the apartment itself is nice. However, since we put the application in, it seems to be one issue after another. It started with being told the day after we put in an application (and paid the no refundable application fee) that the apartment wouldn’t be completed for the move in date (which was 8 days after the advertised start date). We then had to scramble and pay a lot of extra money for a 3 week lease at our current apartments. In addition, we were told on our tour that the clubhouse and all the amenities would be completed

Emma was such a great person to work with. She was very informative and answered all the questions I had. She gave me a tour of the different apartments that will be available soon and knew the apartment names, sq ft, where everything is located, and knowledge of the amenities. She even volunteered to reach out to me once they come available. I have to give the Village Place Apartments a 5 star before even moving in because of Emma.

I had the opportunity to visit Village Place Apartments and I was outdone. From the various floor plans offered, to their highly competitive rates, Village Place Apartments is second to none. Oh, and did I mention that my guide, Emma, leasing consultant, was beyond exceptional? It was indeed a tedious task to show someone every floor plan on every floor, LOL, BUT Emma did so with grace and patience. She was highly knowledgeable and kept a genuine temperament and smile throughout the process. Her character brought these apartments to life, and made my visit a joyous one. I will be looking to apply

I visited Village Place Apartments a few days ago and had the pleasure of touring with Emma. Emma was very nice and has been very helpful over the phone prior to even touring the complex. She was very knowledgeable about the complex and different floor plans . There was not a question she had to “get back to me” on. I really loved the apartment I viewed and cannot wait for construction to be completed. It was nice that as we toured, she seemed to have caught on to exactly what I was looking for before telling her more!
