Pet policy is 2 pets per apartment. Pet fee is $350 and Pet rent is $25 a month per pet. One dog under 75 lbs or two dogs with a combined weight of 75 lbs.

I have been a resident at Thornberry Woods for 10 years and words cannot express the great job that the staff and maintenance do. There’s our maintenance’s man and they are wonderful they go beyond their normal job of trying to help do you have Vernon,Alberto and Al three of the most fantastic gentlemen that you can ask for. And we must not leave out the lovely ladies that greet you when you walk into the complex Chris,Carrie and Britney As long as they keep shiny the complex would be vibrant beyond compare keep up the good work it Thornberry woods.

I am proud to say that I have lived in the Thornberry community for a very long time. It’s a great place to live! One very important quality when renting is the staff supporting the community. They are all amazing, however Fermin the Maintenance Manager has been here a long time as well and is so kind, helpful and respectful to all the residents. Putting in a request is easy and they respond very fast!

I lived in the Thornberry Woods Community for just over a year. It was a fantastic place to live. It was a beautiful yet quiet neighborhood. The amenities were very nice including a outdoor grills, fitness room and pool. The management staff and service team were top notch and extremely responsive to my needs. The apartments are very spacious with lots of living space. I would highly recommend Thornberry Woods for anyone moving to Naperville.

Edit: our new neighbors smoke so much, and they smoke inside, also sometimes the neighbors on the third floor are really loud, and we cant fall asleep. We complained before but they still do it.
We had been living here over 2 yrs now and it's ok. You can bike/skateboard/hoverboard etc., around thornberry.

I love this place. The apartments are amazing. The complex is extremely clean and quiet. I have always feel safety there. The staff is so friendly - they are cooperating for everything. It is also very important that the schools for this address are one of the best. We have lived there for 1 year and 6 months and the only one reason to move out is because we bought our own house. Thank you, Thornberry woods!!!

Never a moment of quiet. Between the superbly loud AC units right next to your bedroom window, to landscaping people cutting grass 8 hrs/day, every week, to incessant remodeling pounding while blasting Latino music (due to high turnover, hmm)... This place only looks quiet because its located next to an awesome forest preserve area, thus one… would assume it should be peaceful and homey to live here, but no. LOUD NO! If you are someone like me, who works at night and needs to sleep during the day, this place is definitely not for you. At this point, i cannot wait to get out of here....

It's been about 5 years so far and I LOVE this neighborhood- everyone here is super friendly and helps looks after one another making it a very safe and respectable community. The location is absolutely prime being so close to downtown Naperville (8 min drive) but still is very serene and quiet since it is surrounded by forest preserve.
