You guys were improving the parking lot ....gave us residents 3days to move our cars...I did so...then I get home...after the parking lot..was supposed to b done...to fined it wasnt....that we had to move our cars again....with a new map..of the days being moved...I was already home... didn't get the new map...so I didn't worry about it...wake up to my car moved...ok no worries...but I call to make sure...everything was fine...u won't get fined .the lady...that I won't name..said its fine..we just moved it..cause of the rain delay...I said ok no worries...I just don't want any surprises on my next

Great first starter apartment. Gives you what you need especially for the price. Always strive for better though . No complaints on the staff . Only gripes, The carpet is super cheap and stains very easily , almost impossible to keeping it clean. I knew it going in so not a huge shocker. You are only allowed a certain number of parking passes and they only give out 5 daily ? Crazy when you think of how many people live there . I friends visit and have their car towed 3 times , and once with a valid parking pass too, Extremely frustrating especially seeing how if that happens you will be making

Good Morning! I most definitely respect, appreciate, and love the entire staff at Riverstone apartments! 💯💪💓💙 They are considered my family now. I been living at Riverstone apartments for two years now. The staff,manergers really go out they way, over, and beyond for they tenants. They are hands on, work extremely hard to keep a safe,clean, and fun environment for they tenants. If you guys don't hear it enough I truly appreciate all the hard work that you guys do at Riverstone apartments!! It's not all about the money with them, they actually cares about providing a comfortable home

The new management team is awesome! They're honest and will answer all of your questions. I had a concern and they listened to me, had options, and worked with me to find a solution that we're all happy with. All you have to do is ask! This is my 4th year renewing my lease and I'm so glad I can. The value of rent for the units is really great, it's a safe area, 24/7 well lit parking lots, really nice staff with great communication, and an all around a good recommendation if you're looking for a new apartment!

The staff is very rude. And the only person that use to be friendly gave me an attitude because I asked her a copy of the money order I was giving her . (Rent money) I used to be OK just getting the little piece that you cut from the money order as I payment proof until the messed up once and sent me a bunch of notices to pay the rent ... when the rent was paid even before time . So I started asking them for copy of the money orders that I’m giving them but it seems likeis a big deal . Anyway the bad attitude with the staff is almost NORMAL . So you know what to expect . I have lived here for 5 years. The managment has always helped me with any issues that came across especially when I fell on hard times. The people that live here could be better neighbors some people are slobs but the workers are always outside cleaning up the property and anytime I needed anything fixed in my apartment ,the are quick to fix it. I absolutely love management They do care!!

The apartment complex is located in the perfect area. Shopping and public transportation are within walking distance. Management keeps the complex the clean but on the weekend your neighbors will leave trash every where. The grounds are kept nicely and there is plenty of space for your children to explore and play. There is a very nice park adjacent to the complex and two swimming pools. What really sets this place apart is the staff. Aidee and Tashiuna are truly amazing and they genuinely care about the tenants. If you have any issues they will go out of their way to make sure maintenance

I cannot believe when I moved in I actually gave this place a 5 star which was just because of the awesomeness of Katia. My car was towed without warning cos I parked on a shaded area right in front of my apartment. I have a sticker. I live here!! Issue a warning, a notice. Whatever!!! Don't just toll my car away and have me pay $200 to get my car. It's absolutely ridiculous!

Awful. Hallways are disgusting which is embarrassing to have guests over. I asked to have someone clean the hallway since someone swept the mess from the laundry room RIGHT in front of my door wellll no one came. That's how we get bugs. Speaking of bugs. When I first moved in roaches, roaches everywhere. Now it's beetles. And now my daughter and I get bit all the time after showing pictures were told it's carpet beetles BS it's bed bugs and y'all just don't wanna address it. I'm going to the health department. Don't waste your time, gas or interest in this place! When I called to see a unit in person, I was excited and ready to sign! I drove 25min to get there on my lunch break and the nerve of the woman coworker. She broke down all of the hidden extra fees that are not online.. she basically said I would have to make over 22k but under 32k ...something about RiverStone being tax credit which I've never heard of. I told her so their basically section 8 but she refused. I call BS. I told her she could have told me this over the phone to save time and gas, but her excuse was that she likes to

First impressions mean a LOT. Pulled in the parking lot and saw sketchy guy lurking around cars with his pants around his knees and his drawers showing. Hmmmmm???? Office staff was RUDE and treated me like I was checking into drug rehab. The hallway into the upstairs unit had a light out and had the stench of urine and the heat was on in the middle of June. I had the worst experience imaginable with riverstone and didn't even make it to living there. My roommate and I put in our application in mid September 2017. The first impression was pretty good. Office was nice, and the staff seemed pretty good. We soon realized that the staff was awful. Here's my pros and cons list.
Pros:

Cons:
- only a couple times within my 6 weeks of experience with riverstone did their office staff call me first. Every other time we wanted an update or information I had to call them first.

I wish I can give Riverstone-Bolingbrook a 0 star rating! This has been the worst apartment I have ever lived in , do not sign a lease here, you will regret it. 1. When I was given keys after signing my lease Meghan took me to show me my apartment unit, she pointed out to me that she needed to put in a work order ticket for the closet doors that were not opening properly and the door to get into my apartment as the door needed to be lifted to get it open ( took several work tickets to even get maintenance to go check it out) one year later and the door was not fixed. 2. I'm a stickler for customer service and I was impressed! The agent was knowledgeable, professional, and accommodating. The agent was not pushy at all. As far as the apartments, they are clean, updated, and the rent is pretty comparable to other apartments in the area. I especially appreciate that not only the apartments are clean but the hallways and parking area are as well. The only reason I'm not giving this place five stars is because it's a bit far from my job. Otherwise, thumbs up to this place!

This complex is HORRIBLE!!! Don't sign a lease here especially if you don't want your car vandalized by stupid kids! Had my back window smashed out a few months ago in the middle of the night, and of course I had to pay for it out of my own pocket! You might as well choose a more expensive place to live since you'll already be paying extra in car repairs and towing fees! You can't even get a private garage here, you have to share a 2 car garage with a complete stranger! So happy to be getting out of here when my lease is up!
