When we signed our lease, we were promised stainless steel appliances and a newly renovated apartment. We got neither. Our A/C was broken for 5 days upon move in in July, so our apartment was in the high 80s for several days before the commons would send someone to fix it. The wifi that comes with the apartment is awful and constantly drops out, we had to buy our own wifi plan that cost about an extra 80/month just so that it would be usable.

You definitely get what you pay for, so don't expect much. We were able to turn this poor quality apartment into something cute, which is the only reason it gets an extra star. When we moved in, there were things that were simply so bad that it was laughable. The paint job was horrific; it looked like they had a 5 year old come in an hour before we moved in. They painted over command strips, hair, and holes that needed spackling. We were promised stainless steel appliances, yet our appliances look at least 20 years old. You basically have to pick up the closet doors to move them. The AC was broke

Beware if you are thinking about this complex. My daughter and her roommates have had nothing but trouble with the staff. Their move in date (8/18) was pushed back from what was discussed when they signed their lease. They were informed at 12:31pm yesterday of their move in time at 4pm and to bring a cashier's check or money order with no amount listed. When they arrived to move in they asked to see the apartment prior to signing any paperwork and the apartment they were assigned was nothing close to what is shown on the website. Do not recommend. We moved in A/C did not work took two weeks or longer for someone to come look at. All it needed was Freon. They did not provide any sources to cool the apartment while we had no A/C. They did not give us the correct set of keys to our house so we have not been able to lock of apartment since we have moved in 2 months ago. Our dish washer leaked they took 2 weeks to come look at it then came and got it and said they would be back with our new one the next day and it was a week still no dishwasher they finally replaced it with an old one. It is nothing but continuous issues. If

I’ve only lived here for a couple of weeks, but I truly see that this place is home. I came in at the beginning of November to look Into them, and Erin was so kind, understanding of my situation that I was in and willing to help as much as possible. Not to mention how cheap it is to move in, it made my stressful situation so much better. The day I looked at the model home is the same day I applied, 3 days later, I signed my lease. Few years ago when I moved out they take advantage of me and stole my deposit money plus additional fee. They told me if I give them some fee they'll send me my deposit money , I send my friend with money they kept that extra money and ask my friend come back later to talk to manager about deposit money. Never see the money or first deposit .Shame on you people.

NEVER MOVE IN HERE!!! The 2900 literally down the road are so much better. They took all of my friends stuff (who just moved in) and stole it, they said they threw it away but nothing was in the dumpster. This whole place is terrible, never, ever, ever move in here. Please never move in here. This is the absolute worst place to move into in Norman. The workers are terrible, the company is terrible, and the management is terrible. Please save yourself
