Yes, pets must be under 75 pounds fully grown. Pet immunization and license records must be submitted prior to move in with pictures of pets. There is an additional deposit of $250 per pet and a $75 per month pet premium per pet required. A maximum of two pets allowed. I lived at the Yorba Linda Pines for almost 9 years. This is a great place to live especially if you have kids. There is no other place that compares for what you get. From the quality of the apartment to the close community atmosphere. It was a great and safe place for our kids to play. The size of the apartments is bigger than anywhere you will find. They are constantly upgrading too. Anytime we had something that needed to be fixed, management was on it quick. We were so sad to leave but had to relocate for work. What we have now and what we pay for it is nothing in comparison to the Pines.
