My husband and I lived here for 3 years. Vivian is a wonderful property manager and makes you feel very welcome there. When we had any issues in our apartment, Vivian would respond to us within 24 hours if not, sooner than that and she would send someone out to take a look. There are a lot of inspections but we were always sent emails or letters ahead of time to make us aware.

We have resided here for over 18 months now and The problem here is the resident manager who has a key to your apartment, and snoops around while you're away at work, going through your things, perhaps even taking your property at this point I have no clue what there capable of . It's a great feeling of power for a little person to be able to so grossly invade someone's privacy, like that, and the practice is alarmingly common. There are landlords who give a key freely to workmen to come into your unit, unsupervised, to do what they please, perhaps even catching you in embarrassing

I have been living at Arbor lane Apartment for a few months now and I just wanted to post that Management is superior over all other apartment I have rented. She has gone above and beyond when it comes to anything we have request. The maintenance gentleman that does repair responds quickly, is knowledgeable and is such a nice person. You won't be disappointed with the spacious town home style apartment with large yards. Everyone that comes to visit us tells us how beautiful these home are. They take pets too. Today , I received a surprise birthday cupcake delivery from the apartment Manager

I have lived at Arbor Lane for almost 4 years with my wife and children, in both apartment and town home units. It has been a positive experience for us and I am surprised by some of the negative reviews about the on-site manager, Vivian. Quite frankly, I think those who wrote negative reviews about her either did not qualify on paper to live here or were causing trouble while living here, forcing her to deal with them. So, they write bad reviews because their feelings got hurt instead of taking responsibility for themselves.
The truth is, everything I expect management to do at a rental unit

I don't usually write reviews, but all of the negative reviews on here bothered me enough to make me write one. I have only lived here for a few weeks, but it has been a great experience so far. Quiet and friendly neighbors. My apartment is very spacious and updated compared to nearby apartments. Vivian, the apartment manager, is super sweet and very professional/organized. Maintenance has came a couple times at my request and promptly fixed the items needed. I guess maybe some people are rubbed the wrong way by rules, but coming from someone who works in healthcare, rules and policies are

My family and I have lived here for 6.5 years and must say that since the manager Vivian came onboard it has gone downhill. She is relentless and polices the community like a cop. She doesn't seem to care about the residents and warns you for everything. A few months ago I was at work when she called me up saying that there was an urgent matter that needed my attention. It was August 1,2016 and she told me that the tags on my wife's car were expired. They were expired by one day to be accurate and the reason that I didn't have the new tags on is because the DMV had not sent

The manager that is onsite didn't help when there was a problem. When we moved they kept my deposit saying that stuff was ruined when it wasnt. Every year they would raise our rent by $200.00. I would pick a different place to look. Also when we gave the 30 days notice, she (the manger on site) said we didn't so I had to go above her.

I have to say at first I was pleased with the service, but as time went on the service worsened. I needed to move out if the apartment and the land lord/ manager took over 20 days to get a paperwork started. I brought my cat to live there and put an extra deposit down. They told me I would get at least that part of the deposit back. I didn't hear from them, and I had to follow up myself 7 days after I moved out. The email response was, "the deposit will be returned once the residents move out." Apparently, a phone call explaining the situation wasn't worth their time. Now they

Do NOT live in these apartments. You WILL regret it. The windows in every single room get stuck to the point that in order to shut them you have to slam them full force otherwise they will remain open to the constant noise of loud construction, obnoxious lawn mowing, and most annoyingly the train tracks which are right next to these apartments. The train goes by every ten minutes and continues for at least a few minutes each time, and it's loud as hell. This is especially a problem when I need to record music and need absolute silence. You cannot close the windows sometimes and you are forced to

These apartments do indeed feel like townhomes and not apartments. They are within small communities (24-26 units, I think), which is also nice. I love the two-bedroom I'm in, and having a washer and dryer of my own is fabulous! Nicely landscaped and maintained, and tenants get their own garage and one assigned space, which is really nice (although the assigned spaces are quite snug). Vivian, the on-site property manager is wonderful--friendly and professional, and keeps track of important details, including maintenance issues. Rent is higher than nearby apartments, which is a bummer, but overall
