In 2004, CSRE emerged onto the real estate scene. While we started with a diversified approach, we soon began identifying strong properties: middle-to-upper class multi-family communities across Connecticut, Indiana, and Kentucky that were not performing at their full value. Some were due to mismanagement, others to neglect or lack of attractive amenities.

This is a building you move into when the only other option is a cardboard box. From filthy living conditions rats and roaches to mold and inoperable intercom, elevators, non regulated off street parking, faulty door handles on main exits, broken and comprised mail boxes, unreachable and very rude maintenance and leasing and management offices, to broken furnaces and heating systems, and terrible plumbing, this building is definitely one to stand clear of if you can.
