Being elderly and physically challenged, I feel safe living here. I'm new to the state. I'm from Florida, and living here wasn't in the plan. However, I've landed in a good spot! The front desk staff is extremely helpful. Walking on the roof is convenient, because sometimes, im to sick to make it downstairs. Being old and retired, my hobby is ordering from Amazon! :) The Amazon hub makes life delightful! They respond to maintenance request swiftly. Most of the Maintenance people are cordial, a few are Jerks and a tad bit impatient. Hey, that's life, right? All in all my experience here, is cool

Management doesn't care at all about residents.
They're either unresponsive or totally unhelpful.
Don't move in if you have a dog. They say they're pet friendly, but I would disagree.
They don't clean the dog bathroom area where dozens of dogs use 3x each day. My dog got sick a couple times and a really bad rash from the bacteria which has cleared after just 2 months of moving out.
I sent multiple requests asking for it to be cleaned and they never did. I've seen other dogs get sick too. It's Gross / unsanitary for dogs And humans.

I have now lived here for more than a year and its time to move! This place is just awesome! While the units are spacious, well lit and roomy, the staff is extremely helpful and friendly. Stephanie and Jim from the sales team have been there for us through the many months year helping us with anything we may need from time to time, the Concierge team has been a constant family. Have to call out Chris and Lena for being such helpful and friendly people. Anyone moving in here will have made a good decision.

I love living here, and the staff members are amazingly awesome. I highly recommend this place if you're urban living apartment living in Hartford, CT. However, relocating to this area from this south, I quickly learned the price differences, but the quality, safety, comfort, and overall excellent service is top-notch.

I love living here honestly. The amenities are great, there's always something to do downtown especially on the weekends and you are close to all major highways. Only downfall is parking, even for guests, they get annoyed sometimes looking for parking constantly but other than that, I would recommend.

Never lived here but came by to look at one bedrooms.
Here's my review of an hour or so visit.
The rooms are nice and modern. Nice light colored carpet and modern appliances in the kitchen. Nest thermostat in the rooms. Modern bathrooms.
The building used to be a bank. The lobby was just ok designwise and you can tell it was an old bank.
Rent is high. I was quoted $1800 a month and a $100 parking fee. With utilities and all, you will be paying $2000+ a month for a one bedroom. Hartford21 had a one bedroom for $1600.
The garage is in the back of the building and it's not owned

I live here now and have for about 10 months. I came from a pretty nice apartment in New Haven that was similar (360 State) but in my opinion that was much nicer. Concierge staff is friendly enough. Apartments and amenities are pretty nice. Biggest gripe is the rear entrance which is the main entrance when you live here and you'd understand what I mean if you saw it. Make sure you do if you check the place out. I'm here cause it's close to work but otherwise there is nothing special about downtown Hartford, unfortunately.

My boyfriend and I are about to move in next week. Our apartment is absolutely gorgeous, the views are as good as it gets, and the Penny and her team are there to help us with anything we need and to make us feel comfortable with the construction and move in process. I can't wait to be here and am really looking forward to start our new life here!
UPDATE: While we maintain that they did an absolutely beautiful job with the interior of the building, they quickly fell short of expectations.
1) They advertised 24 hour security AND concierge. I'm guessing they stopped advertising that rather

Excellent service can't wait to move in. The customer service is outstanding Patrick was wonderful he recommend an apartment that we ended up leasing. The building is a great old building getting an awesome face lift. The area is filled with awesome things to do including the theater, restaurants and a micro brewery. The access to the highway (91) is just around the corner great for commuters like myself.
