This apartment has so many roaches ! I hate living here ! Omg i pay $1,248.00 a month and there is literally trash pilling up, my windows leak water, my celling in my bathroom grows mold repeatedly, the tenets here do not keep the building clean and honestly it isn't a place someone should live at all. The exterminators are tired of spraying over and over when the building should be knocked down. Someone moves out they move someone in the next 3 days. HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!!

This isn't a nice place to,live, walls are thin the neighbors are loud and rude . Managers do little to stop this. You can find better apartments and studios elsewhere. Even with heat/hot water included it really doesn't help. I was robbed by one of the staff workers that had the key to all the apartments. They are able to come into your apartments to spray for roaches once a month and when I had a studio apartment they came in stole 5 silver rings and my laptop. I reported it to the manager and they said they couldn't really help me because the guys that went into a few of the apartments on that

Pros -
- Close to companies like aetna, the hartford, uhg
- Nice view from 8th floor
- Close to bus stand and train station
Cons -
- ventilation is bad and small rooms
- Rats and bugs every where, no proper pest control
- Curry smells in the hallway
- No advance refund. They will find a way not to pay back your advance, showing petty reasons
