My son has been going to Chris for batting lessons since he was 14, he's now 22. Chris has coached him through his entire high school and college baseball career. Chris really takes the time to analyze a swing and make the adjustments needed. The lessons do not stop with cage time, Chris evaluates video and even takes time out of his day to even go out to games. In college he realizes that a big part of the game is mental and also worked on that with my son. I am one week in utilizing the virtual yoga feature with Ashley! My friend referred me during this quarantine period since they were giving a free week of virtual yoga. I am so glad I was told about this!!! Ashley's yoga classes are probably some of the toughest but most rewarding classes I have ever done. Ashley describes and explains the movements perfectly and also gives you the modification to help individuals adjust for their bodies needs. If you are in need of a great workout while being inside the house look no further!!

My fiancé and I have been taking Coach Ashley's yoga classes for about a year now and have noticed such great improvements in our mobility and strength. I had ACL knee surgery when I first started and my fiancé back pain. With consistency and guidance from Ashley, my strength and flexibility in my knee improved drastically and my fiancé's back pain disappeared. She is very passionate about her practice and offers variations depending on her students' skill level. If you think yoga is for women, I challenge you to take her class. She is awesome.

My daughter has done yoga here several times and loved the strength and stretching with a focus on athletes. I recently started joining her and I love that Ashley gives modifications for various skill levels. She is so encouraging...I’m already doing more than I ever thought I was capable of before.

Excellent facility, family owned and ran. We visit with both my daughters travel softball teams once a week and we've never experienced an issue. My girls have also done yoga with Ashley(she's great!) and my youngest has had catching lessons with Chris(he's great!!) they do have their sons working at the front desk, this is not a problem. Both boys are lovely and they are learning. I mean it's a family owned business. Not one negative I can think of! Thank you Raw for being a huge part in my athletes success!

Worst batting cage I have ever been to. The place is too small. The pitching machines are too close and throw the balls all over the place. They only have two cages and four tee stations that are too close and crowded. One of my kids nearly got hit just walking by. That's not the worst part of this place. I Expressed my concerns about his pitching machines directly to the owner , he completely ignored my issue and walked away from me. He is completely rude and arrogant. I will never go back to this place and I won't recommend this place.

I go here for Yoga with Ashley! She’s the best. She is very uplifting and encouraging. During class she is able to see where you might be struggling and if the pose needs to be modified for you or if she just needs to push you a little bit harder. I like the fact that she takes her time by going around and helping you with the pose if needed.

2 stars for poor customer service. I have been bringing my son here with his team for a few months now and not one encounter with the young man at the front desk has been pleasant. The worst, by far, was last week when I said hello as we walked in and he completely ignored me not once, but twice!! Common courtesy, especially when you work customer service, is to say hello to each person as they walk through your door. This young boy has a lot of learning to do if he plans to be successful in the workforce.

I'm not sure about the negative reviews, but can't please everybody. Safety is their main concern. I have been bringing my kid here since they first opened and have only had good experiences. The owners are nice, respectful and personable. It has hitting stations, 3 cages and 1 of the cages is used for his private training. Chris has been training my son for almost a year and I have seen some major changes in him as a catcher and a batter. You can tell he wants to see the players improve and has good rapport with them. The pitching machines go from low to high to right down the middle

Excellent staff!
We can always get in and use the cages for live, machine, quick toss, and Tee's for hitting. Very knowledgeable instructors that truly know their crafts and better yet they have patience. You should be very excited to be able to train here for hitting, pitching, strength, or flexibility because you will get better. Thanks guys.
