Five neighborhoods create a close-knit feeling of community - with a total of 99 beds. Ninety-one are private rooms, with 8 semi-private "Jack & Jill" rooms. Residents are served by many of the same nurses, staff and state tested nursing assistants on a regular basis. Residents share a dining area in their neighborhood and live among people requiring the same level of care and length of stay.

As an independent, not-for-profit Catholic facility, we have a holistic approach encompassing the mind, body and spirit of the individual. We serve our residents in a holistic manner-spiritually, physically and emotionally. We are staffed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week with licensed nurses and STNAs to provide compassionate care to our residents and patients with concern and understanding for family and friends.

During your first therapy session, your physical therapist will examine and assess your needs. He or she will ask you questions about your pain or other symptoms, your ability to move or do everyday tasks, how well you sleep and your medical history. Together with supervision from a doctor, he/she will assess your needs and develop a plan of care.
Restorative Nursing refers to those nursing interventions that promote the resident's ability to live as independently and safely as possible. Our restorative nursing program actively focuses on achieving and maintaining optimal physical, mental and psychosocial function. The purpose of Restorative Nursing Programs is to maintain the patient's independence, promote safety, preserve function, increase self-esteem and minimize deterioration.

My mom was there. They do not answer when buzzards is pushed. Nurse Ammy is horrible rude and disrespectful. The food sucks. The place is beautiful and well maintained but that's the only reason I gave it a one. Administrator never answered the phone for questions or concerns. I could go on and on. Do not let the beauty of it fool you

I will admit that this facility is a bit hard to find. It is tucked away on several beautiful acres on top of Chardon Hill, but what an exceptional place! I have now had several friends and family members receive either long term care here or just go in for a few weeks for short term rehab and their care has been excellent! The staff is caring, the facility is wonderfully clean and the therapy staff are beyond fantastic! This is a hidden gem in Euclid. We are so lucky to have such a fantastic facility close to home!

I called to inquire about finding my father a rehab center, the young lady answered the call with a very unprofessional tone to her voice. She then snapped at me for no reason and hung up on me. I would not dare send my dad to place like this. The next day the supervisor called me and started making excuses for the way she conducted herself.
