Great interaction with Mr. Jordan James on Apartment leasing logistics. Jordan was very thorough in all aspects. Additionally his honesty spoke volumes. Jordan is the epitome of a Leasing Consultant by demonstrating his vast knowledge of the property. I will definitely recommend Lake in the Woods to any future residents. Kudos to Mr. Jordan James.

We got Jordan on our visit to the lake in the woods, and the guy knows how to give a very good apartment tour! Pleasure to talk to, and deals with other residents very cordially from what I could tell, and seems like a nice place to live. Probably a little out of our price range, but for more money you do get a nicer place. Buildings are well kept, and property is relaxing to walk around, or tour with a golf cart. Fun apartment tour for a change!

I had one of the most amazing experiences in this neighborhood. The property looks very beautiful, everything looks calm with the waterfalls and small ponds and looks very family oriented. Jordan James was the best leasing consultant I have ever met. He spoke to me as a human and not as a company person which made me feel very appreciative that this neighborhood would have someone like him being the face that we see every day. I am strongly considering renting one of the units but whether I do or not I strongly recommend everyone to speak to Jordan and see the property as well as the beautiful

There are many levels of professionalism and then far above and beyond is Lake in The Woods staff, community, and even contractors working on the premises. I am moving from New York to the Melbourne Florida area and bifar has this been the greatest experience in my venture.
I was greeted with a big smile and welcome and then my tour with Mr. Jordan James was he is not only educational but he was awesome in his flexibility to show me other apartments I was not scheduled to see. Also is it also, he educated me on many things in the local area.

We are looking to relocate to FL from VA and decided to tour these apartments in part because of the great feedback they had received. After meeting with Jordan it was a good decision. He was friendly and answered all of our questions and never tried to convince us we needed to rent from then. On more than one occasion he encouraged us to take our time deciding. After looking at a couple of other properties it was clear to us that we were right with our first instinct. We look forward to finalizing our new apartment here!

Wow !!! I don't know where to begin. With everything that has been going on over this past year, all I can say is that this place is a breath of fresh air. After much soul searching for apartments I will be looking forward to calling this place home. I've lived here for around a year now and I love it. It's an absolutely beautiful place to live. Lots of greenery, very clean, super quiet. Close to FIT but this is not a college-y place to live. It's very much a quiet, mature, neighborhood and personally as a PhD student I love that. The team in the office have always gone above and beyond. The maintenance team is always fast and effective. No complaints.

After looking at multiple apartments in the area, I am so happy that I chose lake in the woods as my new home! From day 1 Jordan and Tiffany in the office have gone above and beyond to help me lease an apartment!! I had to move on a very short notice and both Jordan and Tiffany went above and beyond to get me into a unit quickly! From day 1 they make you feel at home! Kris with maintenance has also gone above and beyond to push to get me into the unit a few days earlier than expected because of my short time frame! I highly recommend this community!

We moved into Lake in the Woods a few months ago after scouting out many places around the Melbourne and Palm Bay area. It has shown to be a great decision so far. The neighborhood and residences are well maintained and peaceful. Rent is comparable to many other complexes. Neighbors are very friendly. Amenities are great as well; gym, pool, basketball and tennis courts. Plenty of wildlife to enjoy such as ducks, lizards, and squirrels. The front office and maintenance staff have been very responsive and helpful as well.
