I've been here approx. 4 years and I am becoming disappointed. Maintenance has improved, however management in the office has gotten worst. Hard to get in contact with them. Amenities such as cardio equipment is limited by office ours, and is not 24 hours as stated on website.

If I could give it 0 stars I would. First the gate NEVER WORK, the first property manager When I moved in a year ago was extremely rude the new one is actually rude as well. The leasing agents are have positive attitudes. Maintenance is slow, my neighbors are rude. A lady came banging on my door who help management them then I’m guess, name was Geraldine I never seen her a day out of the year I been staying, she came banging and yelling real loud saying WRONG FACTS loud enough for the people all the way down the hall to hear. I have been living at this place for almost 2 years now and I must say that what this place was when I just rented is totally the opposite now! Since management has changed, everything has changed for the worst. Management only cares about money and doesn't care about the residents not 1 bit... I will never recommend nobody to this place ever! There are gates so you think it's a safe gated community! NOT!!! Vehicles driving through stealing packages and all! Neighbors above my apartment smoking and dropped a cigarette butt and it caught my plants on fire almost burned the apartment down over 4

They got two stars solely because I’m nice. This place is absolutely ridiculous. Moved in two months ago… told them about a major leak that was really bad and a bug issue from the first week of being here. A maintenance guy comes and “fixed” the leak… but oh no! He actually didn’t so the next time it rained heavily I didn’t put down a towel or anything (assuming he’d actually fixed it) and it stained the entire carpet! Now fast forward to calling three times a week for the last month, leaving voicemails, etc. Honestly I need to speak to an attorney because I have all of the details

I have been planning to move out for a while and I called and set up a tour at Waterford Place. The woman who answered the phone was very pleasant and nice and knowledgeable, she helped me set up a tour for 3:00. Upon showing up to the tour I arrived at the leasing office and went in and was immediately met by someone else who was condescending and hypocritical, telling me in the rudest way possible to go wait by the couches and then she proceeded to tell me I needed a mask to be in the leasing office. However she was unmasked, so I asked " where is your mask?" To wit she replied "I'm just carrying

TERRIBLE MANAGEMENT!!! No one to get in touch with because when you try calling the number they give you to call, it goes straight to an automatic voice system. When you leave a message they never return your call. It’s frustrating to keep having to deal with this when you are charging an arm and leg to even live here. Just read Sage Blackwell’s review it says it all.

I live in apartment building 2710 as you can see I have a hole in my ceiling every time it rains it leaks real bad sounds like somebody is pouring water in my bathroom counter. I’ve put in several maintenance request and it hasn’t been fixed yet! One of the guys actually came in my apartment seen the hole and told me he was going to fix the same day or the next day still not fixed it’s been two months now and not fixed I have a video of when it rain but I can’t upload it I’ve talked to corporate they even sent an email to them and nothing have been done about it! Also my air conditioner

I have lived at this place for 2 years and they never answer the phone. I have left 5 voicemails and 2 emails requesting somebody to call me back and I've just been ignored. I shouldn't have to just pop up one day but I will if necessary. I am only trying to see when I will get my security deposit back. Waterford Place used to be a really great place to stay until Hamilton Point took over management. You would think that customer service would be important when charging $1300+ a month in rent. Apartments are beautiful but management makes it so hard to appreciate the place. Hamilton Point also

Completely incompetent. Living here was great when managed by Taft. The experience has been terrible under HPI. Every person that I know that live here have also been dissatisfied since the change in management. Staff have been rude numerous times on the phone to my roommate and me. The gate is frequently broken, so it is effectively no longer a gated a community which is one of the reasons I wanted to live here. They are poorly responsive to maintenance requests. Someone working on the roof of the building broke a bedroom window, which has not been replaced for over 2 months despite multiple phone
