Love the apartment until my I got new neighbors. They had some heavy feet. I prefer my old neighbors with the kid. All I heard with little feet running around here and there. With the new ones it was everyday. I also tried to get in contact with the office and i can never get ahold of them. I've send emails to get detailed information on what was being taking out of my security deposit since I left for deployment and the emails listed don't work. I definitely feel like I was being over charged for certain things.

Their toilet leaked 3 inches of water all over my apartment and sat for 24 hours before they finally came in. They left the carpet down and told me I could continue to live there. I stayed somewhere else because how do I stay in a wet apartment with a baby. They are now saying it’s not dry because I’m turning off the fans. A lie. I told them from day one the carpet needed to be lifted to properly dry and everyone assured me it would dry. Well it did not and now they’re saying I’ll have to pay for the daily use of the fans AS WELL as pay rent when I’m not even staying

Don’t even try to call they never answer their phones. Even when trying to pay them off for the debt that I owe them there’s zero communication. I’ve emailed five different times for a payment plan and called twice now and no one ever answers. I usually never complain only when I feel it is right to complain and this is pathetic property managing especially when really good tenants are just trying to pay off what is owed.

Deer Creek was referred to us by someone that live there . When we visited, we liked everything we saw . Stacey was very nice and explained everything that we needed to know . When we got back to our hotel , we started reading the reviews and got scared about what people were saying. We called Stacey back the next day and told her about our concerns and to cancel our application. She made us aware that most of the problems have been resolved so we decided to give it a try .

Attention Deer Creek Apt Management; I put a family member here thinking this was safe. So far she has NOT felt safe here from day one. I'm tracking the loud noise, drifters, auto break-ins, verbal abuse toward tenants, and if I have to involve a lawyer I have the wherewithal to do so. Get control of your property. Honor your rental agreements that restrict drifters, rebuilding of vehicles in parking spaces, parking in others' PAID parking spots, loose dogs, dogs crapping on grass where humans walk and kids play, allowing non-residents to access the pool, drinking and parties in the parking areas

The family and I moved in about a month ago and have enjoyed our experience. The staff in the office are very helpful and considerate. Stacey, Jessica and Dallas offer solutions when questions or concerns are raised. Maintenance, so far, has responded in a timely manner for the little things that come up. I would recommend Deer Creek to someone based on my experience here so far.

My vehicle was towed last night without ANY warning or explanation. When I arrived from work last night, there was ZERO parking near any of the buildings near me. The one parking space near my building is ALWAYS filled with appliances from maintenance.
Almost every carport near my building is empty because nobody wants to pay $2k/mth for rent AND pay additional for parking.
I have edited my Google review to reflect how unsatisfied I am with the way this complex operates, especially being told the impound is closed this weekend AND I have to pay an additional $420 to get my vehicle back. Mind you

Horrible place don't go there people so I moved there in February of 2017 and live there for 6 months only, when I moved in, the carpet was not new the apartment was in decent shape but a couple months went by and there was a flood in one of the bedrooms I had a three-bedroom two bathroom apartment and it was only me and my partner living the whole time, they did not replace my carpet when that happened they just washed it and air-dried it, when we moved out they said there was animals stains which we never had pets. We left the apartment just like we got it no broken pieces everything was exactly

Lolita always greets you upon entering the front office. Anytime I've needed anything she has been quick to respond. The new maintenance team takes care of my requests promptly. The community is very friendly. My new neighbors took the time to introduce themselves and you don't get that in housing communities. The community is also kid friendly. My grandkids are happy here. And last, the renovations of the new apartments are refreshing.
