Working with this rental property was amazing! I worked with Cindy who was just wonderful. We had to delay our trip a year due to COVID and she helped us each step of the way, and no added fee! Check in and out process was super easy and right across the street from where were were staying as well. Wonderful experience! #summer2021

Rented a house in Marco Island thru this company thinking I would not have any issues. Boy, was I wrong. Dealing with " Maria Shilke " owner of Marco Island Rental Properties has not been easy. Rude, Loud and unprofessional would be one of many ways to describe her. Have been waiting for our Security Deposit for over 3 weeks and instead of being apologetic she was all of the above. Never again would we deal with this Company AGAIN !!

We have taken an annual vacation in SW Florida for many years (more often than not in Marco Island) and have dealt with many property owners and realtors/rental property representatives during that time.
I can tell you that without a doubt our BEST renter experience was this year with Maythe of Marco Island Rental Properties. Maythe sets the standard for professionalism and responsiveness. We had a minor issue with the property we rented, but after contacting Maythe directly the issue

Highly don’t recommend thus company! The lady’s son Andre is a complete arrogant and disrespectful to his customers. If you read previous reviews other say the same! My family rented a condo from them last May.. the condo was a utter and complete DUMP! The refrigerator was broken damaging our food, washer was broken locking our clothes in it, the plumbing was broken, and cockroach running around the apartment. Not to mention my son works for a very large medical company he was constantly not able to load his work or conferences calls due to the horrible WiFi.. the owner this company wanted

Although the view is breathtaking, there has been much mismanagement during our stay. 1.The worst is - we were sent an email mentioning some construction in the building during our stay. This was not sent until after we re required to pay in full and could no longer cancel. Every morning (M-F) I am awakened at 8:00 am to drilling into cement. It goes on for hours. 2. The office did not turn on hot water heater or inform us of unit info such as passwords/combinations for storage. 3. After we reported the oven was broken, they had it fixed while no one was in the unit and without any notice. 4.The

This is just not good property management. After researching for weeks, we chose a location on Marco from Marco Island Rental Properties. The day before our arrival it just happened (??) to have a problem...the air conditioning broke and they cannot service for a week???? So, we had to choose another location. We downgraded our property choice. Maria said she would take care of us due to the inconvenience but instead failed to initially catch the downgrade booking fee until we pointed out all the math errors. We vacationed here for my birthday during late September and we stayed at the Marco Ocean Beach Resort. We could not have been happier with MIRP, and Cindy in particular. We had to change plans from Siesta Key last minute due to Red Tide and what not, so when I reached out to MIRP to see what they had available Cindy got back to me right away with available properties (which was not easy for us to find because due to work schedules we were traveling a Thurs-Mon which a lot of places flat out refused to rent). They suggested 3 places to choose from and all 3 were beach front and great locations
