We enjoyed our stay in Marco at this nice home (438 Kendall). Centrally located, near Tigertail, comfortable home. Some cleaning had been overlooked when we arrived, but the property manager jumped right on it and resolved all to our satisfaction, very responsive. Everything was solid with the house and pool, and there's so much to do in beautiful Marco Island! Thank you!

The home was gorgeous! It looked just like the pictures. It was like staying in our own private resort. The home is well stocked with kitchenware, linens, etc. It’s situated in a beautiful safe neighborhood. The view from the pool area was breathtaking. Small little issues such as the ice maker on the fridge not working properly and the construction of a new home across the street were minor inconveniences. This was our first time renting a private home but it was perfect for us and we would not hesitate to rent this home again.

This was one of the best vacation rentals we've ever had, hands down. The property was just as described. We had a pool and hot tub which were wonderful. Kitchen well stocked with everything we needed. Lots of towels. Nice quiet neighborhood. Marco Island Vacation Properties was fabulous to work with. We arrived after 9pm and we had no problem getting our keys and all the keys worked and we were able to get into the house with no issues. Will definitely stay here again.

We absolutely loved it here. As we drove into the town Marco Island, it was reminiscent of the Bahamas. It was a small-town feel, with plenty of restaurants and such, while also making you feel safe to walk at night. It was paradise.
The Marco Island Vacation Properties staff were amazing. After a full day and half of travel, we were greeted with two smiling faces as we checked in to get the keys to the condo. The two staff were bubbly, energetic, kind and helpful.

THINGS LIKE THIS HAPPEN SOMETIMES” -Marco Island Vacation Properties
The first night of our honeymoon we arrived at 939 San Marco Rd. As we entered the home, we noticed dirty towels in the laundry room on the counter and then dirty dishes in the kitchen sink. I went into the master bedroom and the comforter was pulled back like someone had just rolled out of bed. Trash cans in the kitchen and both bathrooms were full of trash. A chunk of hair was left in the master shower drain. Also, there were tiny black ants that crawled all over the master bathroom counter our entire stay. There was more

1154 Vernon Pl was fabulous, The house itself was immaculate. As clean as our own home! Everything there from pots and pans to towels and sheets and everything in between. Just bring your toothbrush. Watched dolphins play in the canal, beautiful sunsets from the roof top patio. Near everything. Marco Island Vacation Properties very helpful with everything.

We were so thrilled to stay in this amazing beach house for the 6th time. Our family has made so many wonderful memories here. It is always clean and well-maintained, and has a fully stocked kitchen. It is so relaxing to lounge by the beautiful pool, and enjoy dinners together either inside or outside. It is just a short walk to the grocery store, and a quick drive to the beach. We appreciate that quiet neighborhood and the privacy in the backyard. This is a perfect home for a family to create memories!

Loved having the Private beach access and amazing oceanfront pool during my stay at Admiralty House Unit 204 S. Unit was beautifully furnished, no details missed. Had everything you need for a day at the beach including chairs, umbrella and cooler! While it lacked a view from the balcony, the amazing sunsets seen from the pool or beach made up for it. Enjoyed my stay and would definitely book this unit again! Andrew from Marco Island Vacation Properties was great to work with and was very responsive to any questions I had before and during my stay.

First time I book with MIVP and it won’t be the last ! Andrew and his staff are amazing, professional,polite, detailed and exceeded our expectations. We stayed at South Seas Towers 3, condo was gorgeous, clean, comfortable and with an amazing view of the gulf. Literally all you need to bring is your swimsuit, everything else is there ! Will definitely recommend and book again!

We had a great time staying at Seawinds 403 for three weeks in March of 2021. The condo was updated with granite in the kitchen and tiled walk-in showers. There were plenty of beach towels and other linens available as well as beach chairs, an umbrella, and beach toys in the closet by the elevator. The upholstery on the living room sofa and chair could use an update, but otherwise, everything else was great!
