Nice location on Marco, northern end by Snook Inn. Pool and hot-tub. Boat dock and fishing pier. Boat rental in-house or just next door for more choices. Rose Marine just down the street for fishing equipment and additional rentals and fishing and siteseeing tours. Visit Shell Island just out the Big Marco Pass. Come. Enjoy. See you there. SKIP

This is my 30 year anniversary of coming to Sunrise, my parents are owners, we are owners and now our kids have been coming here every year since they were born. The private dock with a covered shelter into the river is unique on the island and there are multiple loungers, two picnic tables and chairs. You can fish, sun, or just watch wildlife and boats being in the middle of it all. There is no better place to read a book and only steps away from the condo. All the water of a beach without the sand in the nether regions. The property has been meticulously maintained by the same manager, Paula

This is the 1st time I have used my unit since I have owned it for over 30 years. I usually let a family member use it. It was absolutely wonderful. It is so relaxing sitting on the dock and watching the dolphins go by. The rooms were comfortable. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. The only problem is that they let a scuba diving company used the pool I believe on weekends and a keeps the guests from using the pool until they leave. It is usually for a couple of hours. Other than that it was a wonderful week at sunrise Bay.

It's a great place to stay. The fourth floor units are the best places for a view!
Very spacious apartments, fully furnished with all the amenities.
Very important to note: there's no room service or housekeeping so be prepared to do your own laundry and clean up after yourself.
There are lots of great places to eat all within a 10 minute drive or a 20 minute bike ride (they provide bikes and baskets)!
If you need wifi in your unit, you can rent a router. Otherwise they've got the Sunrise wifi, but it's kind of slow.
There's cable and even a feature to play Netflix and Pandora on the TV in
