Hi, we're Rob and Melissa Palmeri, independent owners of 2 condos on Marco Island, Florida. We're from Long Island, New York, but we stay in each condo several times a year. That's not just to escape from the New York winters! It's also because we are committed to ensuring the condos are maintained and equipped to a high standard: we take our responsibility to create lasting, special memories for you and your family very seriously.
Picture visiting a destination, complete with swooping pelicans, diving dolphins, and beachgoers stooping to gather shells on sugar-sand beaches. That's what we found on Marco Island, where the sunsets are so beautiful, people come to the beach every night to applaud the show. Step right out of our condo and join them!
Take an early morning walk along the seashore. Gather a handful of coquinas, and then let the gentle waves of the Gulf splash your ankles. Cool off with a dip in the pool, and then relax on your private lanai as you wait for the dolphins of Marco Island to make their playful appearance. Sound like paradise?

Although be aware the major listing sites charge any where from 5% -10% in fees. We had a really good stay and experience at this condo. It was very clean, and very cozy, and you can't beat the view. We had a few minor things come up during our stay and I reached out to Melissa and she was very attentive and quick to get back to us. She checked in on our first day to make sure we were doing well.

Melissa has been an excellent host from day I initially inquired about the Apollo Condo rental. Always responsive, willing to help, and ready with answers. We stayed in the Apollo for the weekend of 4th of July plus the following week, and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The condo is fully equipped with everything you may need for your group to enjoy the beach and to enjoy the several attractions that Marco Island has to offer. The view from the balcony is incredible and you get to watch the sunset every evening from it. Highly recommended for families or small groups of friends who want to enjoy

We stayed at Sea Winds and it was absolutely perfect. Communication with Melissa was excellent, the condo is a great size, clean and included everything to make our stay comfortable and convenient - from fully stocked kitchen, bathrooms and linens, to comfortable beds and many extras for the beach. We loved using the noodles! They really come in handy while lazing in the Gulf for hours! Watching the dolphins with their babies swim back and forth was a highlight every morning while having coffee on the balcony. Check-in and out couldn’t have been easier either. I just spent a fabulous 4 weeks in the Apollo 910 condo! The condo is modern, clean, and has absolutely everything you and your family could need for a great beach-front vacation. We saw dolphins every day! It is very convenient to everything Marco Island has to offer. There were even plenty of comfy beach chairs and umbrellas provided in the unit, as well as a full-sized washer & dryer. Thank you Melissa! I will hopefully be contacting you about another vacation...soon!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the SeaWinds #803. The unit was very clean and had everything that we could possibly need - from nice appliances and kitchen utensils to comfy beach chairs and chilled mugs! The beds and pillows are comfy, the wifi connection is great and the owners are extremely accommodating. The pool and hot tub are great after a long day at the beach. There was ample parking and the front desk staff were very friendly. However the real star of this condo is the view. Sunsets and sunrises from the balcony are spectacular. Working with Melissa was a breeze! We literally booked the condo at the final hour and she made the process so easy. The condo is fabulous! From the location, beautiful decor, spacious rooms, comfy beds, and security, this is the perfect place to spend your vacation! The walk from your room to the beach was so convenient. The area is flooded… with restaurants and things to do, and the one hour drive from Ft. Myers airport took under an hour. You get to drive through beautiful Naples on your way to the island. My family of 4 had a fabulous trip at Seawinds 803. The unit had everything we could need and extra perks like games and a well stocked kitchen. The property is well maintained with a great pool area and easy… boardwalk to the beach. We had the unexpected fringe of Hurricane Dorian which caused intense winds and high surf in normally tranquil Marco. Thankfully the condo closet had boogie boards to take advantage of the waves when the storm had passed. Also, close to Mackle Lark which I highly recommend for families with kids!

My wife and I stayed at the Sea Winds 803 condo. When looking at the condo online it seemed a bit too good to be true, especially for the price. However, when we arrived at the condo, it was even better than the pictures! The condo is beautifully updated and furnished, the view is spectacular, and has all of the beach supplies you need (just bring your sunscreen and beach towels and you’re good to go). I have vacationed all over Florida, and this was by far my best experience and favorite place to stay! I HIGHLY recommend Marco Island Beach Getaways and look forward to returning very soon!

We could not be more pleased with our stay in Apollo 910. If you are wanting to stay close to the water, in a safe and clean condo, this is an excellent choice.
Safety and cleanliness are at the top of my list when staying away from home. The Apollo has multiple layers of security, starting at the gate, all the way to the necessity of your own key… to call for the elevator.

We stayed at Apollo 910 in March 2018. It was beautifully appointed, upgraded, spotless and certainly exceeded our standards and expectations. Notable is the fact that if I had a question of any kind, the response time from the owner Melissa was immediate. This kind of response is appreciated but often not available. You could tell she makes this a priority. I would definitely recommend this condo and do plan to return.

My family vacationed for the first time in Marco Island the week of May 14th-21st and we can't wait to go back! Kudos to Melissa and Rob for sharing and caring for their beautiful condo! It is very clean, well stocked, has a washer and dryer, comfortable beds, sliders to the patio from the living room and master bedroom, beach chairs with straps, .....I could go on and on about all the wonderful amenities it has. Melissa and Rob are great to work with. They answered all e-mails and communications within a couple of hours and were very accommodating.
First, I have to say that my sister and I are extremely picky and it takes a lot to impress us, and this condo really impressed us and met all our expectations.
We have stayed at different condos in Marco for the last 10 years, and all of them had a higher rental fee than this unit, yet none of them were as clean or well stocked as this unit. Everything that you will need is there from the kitchen supplies

We stayed April 16-21, and were very fortunate to have great weather the whole time. The condo is well appointed, and has all kinds of cooking utensils should you decide to stay at home and cook.
There were four of us, and we found the two bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms to be very comfortable. We never ran out of hot water, and it was hot! There are TV's in each bedroom, and the living room, too, but we rarely had time to turn them on.
The location is great, and we really liked being on the south end of the island. It's very convenient to all the shopping and restaurants, but quieter than some

Our family of six spent a week in this beautiful condo that is right on the beach! It was well stocked with beach chairs, umbrellas, beach towels and coolers. The view from the balcony is breathtaking and the patio furniture allows you to eat dinner while watching the fabulous sunsets. The kitchen has all you need to make a meal if you don't want to go out. If you do want to leave there are restaurants, shopping and a movie theater within walking distance. There was plenty of room for us all without feeling crowded which is a plus.

We stayed at the Apollo 910 unit July 23rd through July 27th. The condo was beautiful. Everything we wanted was provided. Melissa was wonderful to deal with. She was very quick to respond to every email and was so helpful. Not only did this condo have amazing Gulf views, but due to the fact that this is on the Northwest side of the building, in the morning you can look back East and watch the sunrise. I wouldn't want to stay in another unit in this building...this was the best! How many places can you lay in bed and look out the sliding door at the Gulf. Absolutely amazing. I am already trying

This year was the second year in a row that I have gone to Marco Island and stayed in their Sea Winds condo. There are so many positive things that can be said about the condo and how wonderful Melissa was through the whole process both years. Melissa is so quick to respond to any email you send her.
