Pack Creek Ranch, 15 miles south of Moab, offers cozy cabin accommodations for those who want to stay outside of town. We stayed at the Rim Vistas in Moab. Everything was clean and new, the beds were comfortable, and most of what we needed was there. Access to laundry was definitely a plus. However, everything seemed very cheaply constructed and many things were already falling apart. The shower heads were terrible and got worse over the course of our stay and the hot tub was broken while we were there. With how cheap everything seemed, I would guess it will feel old and broken down in the near future. We also weren't provided with a map of the premises or how to find the pool or hours, check out instructions etc

I’ve been living in a rental property managed by this company for over 2 years now and they’re terrible. Very poor communication, maintenance is very very late to respond to anything if they even do, are not familiar with the properties they manage, I could go on and on. Would not recommend living somewhere managed by this business. On a positive note, I will say Megan has been a savior though this rental for me and she continues to do an excellent job! Always responds and is very helpful!!

My wife and I had an excellent time staying at this site. We were in building A (out of A, B, and C) and had everything we needed. We stayed in Moab to enjoy riding the various trails in our side by side. This site worked well because they had a large gravel parking lot that accommodated our large pickup and trailer. We cooked breakfast in the kitchen and fixed a picnic lunch for our ride each day. We had dinner in some of the restaurants but the option to have dinner in the house was really nice. Moab Lodging and Property Management company’s homes are absolutely phenomenal! I stayed at one of their properties in Kona, Hawaii in March. Gorgeous sunset views, beautiful decor... it’s everything I wanted and more during my stay in Hawaii. Dustin and Kelsey were wonderful hosts. They were so welcoming and have a wealth of knowledge for fun experiences and great food around the island. Thank you so much for making my trip truly an experience of a lifetime. I would definitely stay at any one of their amazing homes.

We love visiting Moab. Such a fun and beautiful town! We have stayed three times now, and each time have used Moab Lodging to find a place to rest after a day out at the parks or mountain biking. Every time, the condos have been very clean, comfortable, and exactly like the pictures on the website. Will definitely recommend to friends. 'Looking forward to our next trip!

I’ve stayed at Moab Flats on several occasions and every visit has been excellent. The flats are immaculate, well stocked, and wonderfully decorated. The hot tub is clean and powerful. Dog amenities are included in the pet friendly flats. The location is great for a walk downtown Moab. I highly recommend this property!

We stayed in Purple Sage. Great location - close to downtown - with great amenities (BBQ grill & area, bike storage shed, hot tub). The unit was well-stocked, very clean, and quiet. The TV didn't work when we arrived the first evening but the manager came by early the next day and fixed the problem. She was friendly & accommodating and even stopped by the following day to make sure we had everything we needed. We will def stay here again next time we are in town.

Needs a good cleaning of ceiling fans, windows, sofa arms, bathroom floors & toilets & dog hair on rugs. Strong smell of cleaner water poured on garage floor that made us sick. Had to air the house to stay. Wet towels were left in washer with no laundry soap. We washed and dried towels for use. Needed more towels for bathrooms and kitchen towels and dish cloths. No garage door opener. We were told they were not replacing it. Very inconvenient for stay. Had a water leak coming from water heater in garage. Called property management and glad they got it fixed the first night there. They

The Cottonwoods was a great space for us to stay in. Very clean and nicely stocked. Kitchen and living area are huge and the Hot-tub was perfect after each day of riding! The location is great! Downtown is an easy 10min walk or 2min drive but still far enough away that there wasn't a lot of traffic. Our only complaint was the WIFI. It was always dropping out. We had several different types of devices there and it would drop out no matter whether we were using Apple or Android or Windows or Mac products. The signal was also very week in the bedrooms. Fix this and the place gets 5 stars no question
