This is the 46th park we have visited and stayed for 14 days – loved it! Great staff, nice amenities and perfect location to access town (1.5 miles), Arches (3 miles) and Canyonland (25 miles) with spectacular scenery all around. The park has a camping section and an rv resort section with owned lots. The camping section has nice level gravel lots with a concrete patio. There is a pickle ball court, decent exercise facilities, access to two bath houses, pet area and a nice pool and hot tub. The resort has its own pool/hot tub and dog park. Utilities all worked fine and they were clear about streaming

Jackie at the Portal does a great job with reservations and greeting you upon your arrival. All of the amenities are new and clean from the pool to the exercise room. Landscaping crews do nice job manicuring the property to keep it looking tip top. The pads are spacious. The location is only minutes from Arches. This is a great place to stay and we look forward to returning next year.

By far the best RV resort in Moab. Everything (bathrooms, showers, pool, hot tub, dog park, etc.) was extremely clean. We had a problem with our refrigerator and needed to cut some wood to help reinforce the fridge. Owners sent us to maintenance shop for tools and help. Such nice people. The landscaping is amazing and is used for privacy as well as aesthetics. Great customer service. Nothing needs changing. We will be back!

Although this is probably the nicest RV resort in Moab, and we've stayed here many times over the last several years, I sadly leave a negative report on the customer service. There was a mixup on our reservation and the gentleman running the desk at check in was quite rude and threatened to just cancel our reservation. It was already paid in full. I understand mix-ups happen, but this is not the way your treat customers.

This is a really beautiful RV resort. We chose the large, concrete, landscaped site. It shows up as R89 on their website but it was coded R2 when we got there.
Stupendous! HUGE site, beautiful landscaping, grass dog parks!
This has been one of the best RV resorts we have stayed at. If we are in this area again this will be our go-to park.

Perfect location! Easy access to Moab and all the surrounding parks/sights --- Arches, Canyonlands, biking & off-road trails, etc. Beautiful new sites towards the back of the resort. Easy, large pull in/back out on concrete pads. Full hookups. Gorgeous views! Next to a newly established lake. Superb facilities. Friendly, accommodating staff. BEST IN MOAB! The only negative was that the reaort is still under construction. Management has BIG plans for top notch services --- private patios + pergolas + personal gas fireplaces. Great now. Even better by the summer. Have fun! We camped at Portal RV

Honestly, this park is a 5 star! I'm forced to take away a star because of the front desk girl and her laziness. We were on the road trying to call for a reservation but no answer and no return call.
Luckily we arrived before they closed because nobody ever returned our call. After checking in; I was picking up some brochures and watched this young lady ignoring the ringing phone! No customers at the front desk and she just sat there as the phone rang! The park had lots of empty spots and I'd say it was because the front office girl isn't doing her job!
The RV park is excellent

Upon arrival, you will check in at a modern, clean, well-decorated, *air-conditioned* lobby as though you're at a fancy hotel. You will never want to leave this building, but there is a swimming pool in view through the large windows along with gorgeous views of the local Moab environment, so eventually you venture outside. To your left is a small but functional laundry room and clean, single-room private showers, with doors that open to a common hallway indoors.
We found the RV sites tidy and not too small; ours was "pull through" even though we just have a van, and the rent

We did some late-fall camping here last week, wow, one of the best RV parks we have ever stayed in.
Very clean, even the laundry room was spotless, nice "neighbors", and you can't beat the surrounding views.
My only "wish list" item might be some expansion or adding another dog park, it was a little crowded usually.

Was treated very poorly upon checking in, we realized that the pool and spa, (which are the cover photo on TripAdvisor), were under construction. I purposely booked this park because of the pool, knowing it was going to be very hot. I was told that I could check out and go to another park, or go to the public pool. There was no apology, just complete indifference. Terrible customer service, they could have offered a discount, made an arrangement with the private pool, or posted on their website and sent emails to their guests. Too bad, the grounds were nice and clean facilities, but ruined

This is a nice place to stay. The owner is a great guy who really tries to accommodate everyone! He went out of his way to help us out when one friend got really sick and he squeezed us in another night. He also tried to fix an electrical problem on our friends travel trailer.
I would give this place a 5 on great people, a 5 on the "owners sites" but I'm going with a 4 (plus) on the rental sites.
This place is being fixed up and I can't wait to see it again after the new improvements go in! We will be back!

This is a great rv park! We are staying at the resort side of the park which costs more but certainly worth it! The pool is a perfect way too cool off after hiking at the nearby National Parks. They have two dog parks- the largest one is on the resort side which is well maintained and has grass! The rv sites at the resort are large in length and width. Plus since the sites are privately owned many of them have excellent landscaping and additional features besides just an rv pad. We would definitely stay here again! If you were to stay on the reg rv campsites which are just along the resort...I

We stayed here in the resort site one night on our way to Yellowstone National Park and two nights on our way home. We are in a 43 foot 5th wheel. The resort side has GORGEOUS concrete pull throughs and back ins. Lots of beautiful bushes surround the sites so it's really private. There's no shade however. The non resort side looks nice and offers water and electric but has gravel pads. There's a poo and spa, SUPER NICE bathrooms/showers and laundry facility. $7 total to wash and dry clothes. Nice pond area that supposedly has koi but I never saw any. On the non resort side

This can be a great place to stay and has been a favorite destination in the past. The "resort" section has been built out since our last stay. We have in the past, stayed in the original M section which is nicely landscaped and fairly close to the pool and bathrooms. On this stay however, we were put in section R, the addition to the resort section. At check in, the receptionist told us it was one of her favorites and a pull through. A favorite, no doubt if you don't mind looking at dumpsters, trailers and a muddy field devoid of any living thing. When we pulled in, we were advised

We recently stayed here for 3 nights. Never again! This place is a breeding ground for Mosquitos. My family was covered in bites. The red ants also left bites on our feet and made enjoying the outside next to impossible.
The laundry room was pretty run down and the dryers did not dry my clothes at all. They were as soaking wet coming out as they were going in.
The swimming pond was not something you would want to consider swimming in and the pool is reserved for "resort" guests only.
The spots we were in were very narrow. The slide out from our neighbor was hanging over our
