I was in a car accident and my car got towed to GM towing. My cell phone was still in the car. This happened on Saturday. Saturday night and Sunday day, I tracked my phone and it was still showing in GM s yard but later sunday it's location changed to a house address about 15 mins away from the yard. Monday morning I went to get my stuff from the yard and the phone was missing.
A locked car yard and still my phone got stolen!!?? They must have cameras, they must know who goes inside the LOCKED car yard, but they all pretended they don't know what is going on in their own back yard.

They wouldn't let me see my vehicle until l paid the fee's of $800.00. once l walked to my car and found it to be undeliverable. l wouldn't have paid the impound fee's l would just left it in their possession this is why impound yards take in the $$$$$. their needs to be a law against the tow yards from taking or gouging the public
