After touring many properties in the Wellington area, I have to say I had the best experience from start to finish at Polo Lakes. The staff was welcoming and answered all my questions with knowledgeable responses. Thank you Bonnie and Charlotte for taking the time with me- it was very much appreciated. The property grounds were very well taken care of, and the amenities were beautifully decorated and spotless. I am looking forward to calling Polo Lakes my home once I'm ready to relocate.

Ok, so I will start by saying this was the first time in my life that I move out of my home state (Maryland) and I could not have asked for a better helping staff in my life. Polo Lakes staff are the most helpful people I've ever met no matter who I spoke with. They show great team work and accurate response times when it comes to following up and making sure everything is clear and understanding.
As I stated I moved here from Maryland and I could not come see the property in person, but that did not stop them from going into the unit and emailing me pictures of the unit and sending me every piece

My family and I just moved in a few weeks ago and have been very impressed with the staff and the grounds. The management and maintenance staff have been very responsive and helpful throughout the process. We've worked closely with Charlotte, Brandon and Bonnie from the front office and Richard from maintenance took care of an issue for us. All of the residents we have met are friendly and the community is very family and kids focused. The location is close to pretty much everything and we would recommend Polo Lakes.

A renter’s community right across from the mall. Great location right off of 441 with lots of amenities: pool, gym, tennis and basketball courts and playgrounds for the kids. Lots of families living here. And the management staff are very attentive to any issues that may arise. So far so good. We love it here!

Very pleased with the quality of our apartment and neighborhood. The floors are solid construction and walls are insulated, which means we never hear our neighbors -- this is a huge bonus. Neighbors and staff are courteous. Love the trees, greenery, and pond view from our apartment. The lighting in the apartment; ceiling fans; overall quality of the kitchen, and the Roman tub are fantastic. We're so at peace here.
