I put a review up when I first moved in because staff is great at the front office and that has not changed, but for the last 9 months, it has been very eye opening. The only reason I left one star is because I can’t leave 0. The grounds look to be well kept but people are so nasty and don’t pick up after there pets. The neighbors are not so neighborly as one of my neighbors dogs bit my son while she was standing there and still, she hasn’t apologized. Everything, and I mean EVERYTHING falls apart in this apartment. First the entire counter and they came and replaced it but the water barely

Top Notch — Palm Court is well managed and maintained. Staff and residents are friendly. The amenities are well suited for adults as well as families with small children. Crime rate is very low. The complex is quite as a whole and construction minimizes noise between neighbors. Palm Court is pet friendly with a small dog park. Great location for Wellington and surrounding communities for social amenities such as restaurants, shopping and schools.

Palm Court has great staff, a peaceful ambiance, and gorgeous apartments! Katie, the Business Manager is extremely professional, patient, and attentive. She really made the transition smooth for us! The apartments have great storage space, modern design, and very clean! The balcony is screened and the views are beautiful. I would definitely recommend this community!

Love Every Resident that lives in Palm Court. The residents care about their community and are helpful. The maintenance team is excellent, friendly, and responsive.

Conveniently located near shopping and schools, never had any problems with packages being delivered to our door, maintenance is quick to respond to service requests, KirtPatrick is very knowledgeable and explains details of maintenance problem and does good quality work.

I really recommend Palm Court Apartments. The staff and maintenance is friendly, quick and efficient. The community is quite. I loved all my neighbours! The grounds are well kept. I also enjoyed the pool. Definitely a clean, quiet and very safe place to live.

Great place! To live at people actually do their jobs here. It's nice and tranquil here and really feels like a community and my favorite part about this place is the Office manager she is a wonderful person amazingly helpful and someone I'd consider a friend normally I don't really chat or ever see the office managers or if I do they have this holier than thou mentality but I see this Manager going around on her cart helping people and always saying hi and listening to the people and she has a sense of humor that livens up the community

It's so convenient to everything.
The property is well maintained.
There is a big pool.
The apartment is well appointed . It has everything.
Everyone that works there is very helpful and always pleasant.
