My mother is a resident of Wellington and my family can’t say enough wonderful things about this facility. Prior to the pandemic we always thought Wellington was a lovely place with dedicated and caring employees. Enter the pandemic and they had to go beyond what they bargained for as a facility. From the nurses (Shout out to head nurse Cathy), nurses aides, laundry and cleaning staff, food services, activities staff, front desk, Caroline (the wearer of many hats) and lastly Alexis, director of the facility who made sure the rules were followed by the state even though that had to be quite a

I would recommend Wellington, but that doesn't mean I am completely satisfied. Since my mother has been a resident there, we have had a constant problem with her laundry being lost, misplaced, not returned when supposed to be or not picked up at all. I have now decided to do her laundry myself.
In addition, I have NEVER been happy with the cleanliness of her room. First of all, I understand my mother is a slob. However, when an entire week passes and I know the floor has not been swept or washed, this is a problem. I know this because I watch the same dirt or sticky spot on the floor for that
