I just want to say that I am so happy that The Quaye has installed the new gate arms. I hope that this will help with people hitting them. We love living in a gated community and hope that by having these new arms, they work. I can totally tell that The Quaye is making a huge effort to try to maintain the community. Thank you

Great potential, seems nice but staff is both unfriendly and unresponsive. For rents ranging from $3000+ per month, you would expect a better experience. Office is truly rude and the people there are outright snobby. Maintenance is slow, walls prone to mold, units feel very lived in and used. Cars broken into, gates open, staring to feel unsafe. Amenities are run down, don’t believe the pictures. For this price, it’s better to find a private home.

Amazing experience at the Quaye with inquiring process to move in to living in this beautiful community. I have had nothing but good experiences with all staff and neighbors. We love The Quaye at Wellington!!! We moved in a couple of months ago and we absolutely love it here. The location is perfect, just outside Isla Verde shopping center which is very convenient. The apartment complex has a full gym 24/7 and a gorgeous pool with BBQ area. The staff is very nice, prompt and friendly, not to mention respectful and professions. The townhome itself is gorgeous, very well kept, everything is new and in outstanding condition, the balcony is screened which we love, and the distribution of space is perfect. Overall we love it here, never had an issue and we don’t plan on

Living in the Quaye has been a special place to call home. Having resort style amenities and activities makes townhome living feel like a vacation 24/7. The friendly and helpful leasing staff make dealing with residential situations as pain free as possible. Considering what competing communities charge, the rates are more than fair, especially since the perks here are unavailable elsewhere in the area. Having access to dozens of great businesses by foot is a great perk. Overall there is a strong sense of community here, with great opportunities to bond with both staff and neighboring families

No words can express how much my wife and I are in love with the Quaye at Wellington. Everything is stellar and amazing. From the amazing staff, fitness center, luxury pool, and spectacular homes wouldn’t trade it in for another. Recently relocating from Indiana to Florida, the team was accommodating in ensuring the entire move in process was a breeze. So happy to call the Quaye at Wellington our home. :)

We’ve had a great experience living at The Quaye at Wellington. You couldn’t ask for a better manager than Kelly, who has been responsive and super professional from the first moment. Our questions or requests are answered and taken care of extremely quickly, with a wonderful and kind maintenance team. The townhouse is modern, comfortable and rather quiet. The amenities are lovely, and our dog is catered to with an on-site dog park and treats at the leasing office. The location is central with Sprouts next door, and Costco, Trader Joe’s and Whole Foods very close by. We heartily recommend

There are many pros and cons.
Cons:
- Getting ahold of management/response to emails. (You must follow up many times) You're lucky when they actually answer the phone or respond to emails the first time. This also impacts being let into the pool area due to COVID.
- Little visitor parking spaces
- You cannot back into spaces due to them checking license plates at night
- Grasses get too high/not cut frequently enough
Pros:
- spacious, nice, and quiet apartments
- beautiful amenities
- gated
- dog friendly, dog waste areas
- location is very close to many shops, restaurants, etc.

I lived here last year in a 1bd/1ba and I absolutely loved it.
Pros:
The apartments were brand new with updated appliances that I appreciated. Huge bathroom space in the 1bdr which was great.
The community was always well kept. Maintenance requests were fulfilled in a timely manner. Once while I was away, I had raccoons raid my trash bin and the food left over in the trash cans caused flies and maggots to infest it but management was great about replacing it and giving me a new trash bin. You also get assigned a parking spot so you don't have to worry about struggling to find parking.
