I have lived here 11 months, and could not be more pleased. Rent is reasonable for refurbished apartments that are bug free (I hate bugs!). Property is kept clean by Ed on his golf cart and a service emptying dumpsters routinely (I hate trashy grounds!). Maintenance is handled promptly and without complaint by Peter (nice guy). Front office staff, Shelly & Kailyn, are genuinely nice, friendly people working to help new (and old) tenants enjoy the property. Responsible dog owners welcomed (Puppy Park and “poop stations” on property). Great small gym (which I feel guilty about not using) and

Been living here for 3 years and for the price I'd say it's a good place to live. Front office is okay, they do their job. However Peter the maintenance man is awesome, he's super kind and works hard you'll always see him out doing stuff. The neighbors are friendly, kids aren't nuts, and its close to the police station if that makes you feel better. Only thing ill complain about is the lack of renovations in the past few years, but they just painted all the buildings so maybe it'll get better. I just don't like carpet.

I've lived here for almost 2 years and I'm so glad that my lease is ending soon. I give credit where it's due and the one and only thing I can say is that I applied at the last minute and Stacey worked until she got me approved all in one day to move in the next day, which I have always greatly appreciated. However everything besides that has made living here a nightmare. The parking is terrible, I have to park near the office every night, along with several others. We had the best experience so far working with Karen and Stacey for our apartment at Crest Round Rock. They have been very patient, understanding and helpful. These are the best apartment we have ever leased. Very Genuine in understanding our situations and issues and rents are reasonable. I would have rated with more stars but I just have 5 here for review. Thank you guys.

Crest Round Rock Apartments are 5 star! Stacey and Daniela are both fantastic and do a wonderful job. Ruben and Peter are both friendly and great at fixing anything that comes up. Management is a big deal and here it shows. Karen has always taken care of my family. School district is close and shopping centers are prime. Near to 35 25 min to downtown and 15 to Georgetown. The pool is beautiful and family friendly. People look out for each other and kids make friends easily. The apartments are beautiful and property is well kept. Prices are competitive and the square footage compared to others

I lived here for 2 years. Absolutely the worst place I've ever lived. Walls are paper thin. And the property manager in charge will make sure that you're miserable, absolutely no customer service skills and could care less about making you comfortable including ignoring complaints and request repairs. Gates were broken for 2 straight years, with occasional promises to fix them. Lights on the buildings and parking lot were out making it pitch black at night time, and never fixed over the 2 years I lived there. Stacye in the office and the maintenance man peter are great, give them a raise !!! The people talking about themselves having bugs must be dirty, these apartments don’t have a bug problem that I’ve seen at all. I love these apartments everyone here is so nice and it’s quiet. I have never even had troubles with the parking before !!! (Been here six months)

I had a horrible experience here when I was in the middle of trying to find an apartment my brother in law lives here and overall I liked the inside of the apartment so when I was ready to find an apartment I went here after looking at many many apartments. When I went in the staff just looked at me and ignored that I was standing there. I was wearing my work out clothes and I do admit my appearance was not the best ( but a mom of two and constantly on the go when I'm not working I just wanted to wear my comfortable clothes) so I finally said hi I'm wondering if you have any available

My girlfriend and I moved to Crest Round Rock Apartments from Los Angeles CA. After a long two day drive we arrived just as the office was opening. We were greeted with great hospitality, everyone from the office staff to maintenance staff are awesome and very helpful. We did the application before coming so we just needed to finish the process and sign everything. Our new apartment was really nice, everything was fresh and new. After we finished signing the lease we got our keys and moved in that same day. Its been just over two years here and we love it!

I lived here as an occupant with my fiancée for about a year; she lived there for about 2 years. I spoke with Ms. Karen Bogard, the manager, about our final bill today (10/12/2018) and stated that I would leave a fair review.
Pros:
-1st class amenities, the nicest I've seen (granite countertops, etc)
-Stainless steel appliances
-New hardwood cabinets
-Friendly neighbors
-Competitive rent for area
-Great handicap parking/access near building
Cons:
-Little to no parking at night (multiple trucks with trailers take up 2 spots)
-Broken/Dated Thermostat - AC is either off or continuously

I have had nothing but good experiences here. The apartments are nicely appointed, the staff is friendly. Pool is very nice and so is the gym and clubhouse. They have worked with me when I had a difficult month and paid my rent in two payments.
The grounds are clean the trash does get full but a lot of that is the lazy tenants that don't put stuff in the bins. The trash truck comes several times a week. I think they are reasonably priced for the area.
Maintenance has been quick, and friendly.
