ROBBERIES! On multiple occasions, my roommates car and my car have been broken into and stolen from. No car damage so it might be because we forgot to lock it (which I normally never do as I ensure it locks). Nonetheless, a month ago my bag, wallet, airpods, and school iPad were stolen. My iPad turned up in a bush, and my wallet turned up under the seat of some girls car. I appreciated living at Opus during my time there. Out of my various living arrangements throughout college, my favorite was definitely this past year at Opus. Very smooth and well-organized management with great communication and maintenance upkeep. Thank you to the ownership/management for making the past year a great experience.

Best place to live in Waco! Extremely fair rent for what you get. It's a quiet community with a thoughtful layout. The management, location, and pricing really is unmatched. There is a large amount of storage and closet space. I could just go on and on- This place is really impressive & I'm going to miss it when I graduate.

I loved living here, sad I didn't re-sign in time. The owners are the sweetest people ever. The management company/ owners were the easiest management company I've ever worked with. They were super fast to respond to any maintenance request. And the owners really care about the students that live there. Great location that's close to campus.
