Hands down the best apartments to live in for a fair price & with AMAZING management. George and the staff were excellent, always responded to any repair requests, etc. Me and two others stayed in a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment. We loved the kitchen and that The unit had stacked laundry. The pool is nice and never too crowded, the gym has a decent selection of equipment & the dog park is medium sized with some fun interactive pieces for your pup. The surrounding neighborhood is beautiful to walk in, with a park and dog park just down the street. I would 100% recommend living at the Claremont

Living at Claremont Park has truly been an enjoyable experience. George and the Claremont Park staff/maintenance team are always so kind, prompt, and quick to respond to the needs of their residents. The grounds are always kept up beautifully! It's just minutes away from the downtown/village area where all the great restaurants, shops, and businesses are.

I lived at Claremont Park for a couple years with my son. We loved it here! The pool is amazing, the grounds are always clean and inviting, and the neighbors are friendly! George, who is the property manager, is always around, available, reliable, and all around on top of things. We never had any issues while living here, it's such a sweet little community, we were sad to leave!

5/5 for the manager George and how he resolves issues quickly and efficiently when you bring something up to him. I've had issues with my window screen breaking and he resolved this within 24 hours of me bringing it up. I also explained to him our downstairs neighbors smoke and it got into our apartment and since then I haven't noticed the smoke again.

We have lived here for 3 months in one of the upgraded apartments. Sure, we pay a bit more, but is it very well appointed. There have been some appliance and maintenance problems, nothing major or urgent, and after submitting an easy, peasy online request, the crew has been here within 24 hours to fix each and every concern. We have never been ignored or patronized. Terrific customer service!!

The customer service is excellent! George will walk you through everything you need to know and make sure that you receive an apartment to your liking. He is friendly, courteous, and stays in constant communication.
The apartment complex is in a great location. Right down the street from Claremont Village. Close to shopping, dining, and entertainment.

A year later:
I'm still in love with these place, it is full of threes yet they manage to keep it clean. The community is friendly and quiet. Management on top, they keep up to date with their website and repair requests, I never have to worry about fixing anything, I'm really happy overall. The gated community makes me feel safe to walk at night with my dog or at any time. The storage area has been really useful and bigger than expected. Appliances keep working perfect, and both AC and heating also work perfectly. Extra points to management to always be willing to help as soon as possible

Moved in here with my roommate about two months and it has been great. George was great during the move in process. The community is super nice and quite. Always kept clean and things in order. We got a renovated unit and we absolutely love our kitchen. The grate and stainless appliances are awesome! We are so close to the village, mall, restaurants, and grocery stores. Great location, great community, and great apartment!

My husband and I really like it here. The manager is kind and quick to address problems. We have a washer/dryer and dishwasher in the unit. It is quiet and beautiful. The only problem we've had is that the work being done on the pool area lasted a lot longer than they said it would and, when we needed the space to have a few guests over, it was locked and no one could be reached to open it.

While there are definite pros and cons to living at Claremont Park, the cons are made worse (and most could be prevented!) by the incompetent staff.
Case in point: In January, my apartment flooded and many of my belongings were ruined. This was before they mandated rental insurance, so I had to pay to replace my belongings out of pocket. The flooding could have been prevented if the property manager made an effort to walk around the complex once in awhile, as water was noticeably building up in front of my building whenever it rained. Any normal apartment manager would notice the build-up of
