A realy close family member recently moved to this community without knowing she had to put up with rudeness, attitude and poor manners from the apartments manager, Mr Fang Guo. Not long ago he made my grandmother cry and caused her to feel very stressed out. Treat people the same way you would want your mother or love one to be treated.
