The cake was yummy from what I heard. I had high hopes for them as I used to get their treats when they were in a shop on Robertson Blvd.
However, if you see the orange wrap around is off. It doesn't look clean and that's so disappointing. I doubt I'd order cakes again but maybe get treats.
Oh, and they called me after my delivery asking if I was going to pick up my cake? I think they aren't too organized.

Ordered 272 dollars worth of Christmas cakes with thorough instructions on delivery. Got acknowledgement email from them on the delivery and it said they got my instructions . Cakes delivered to wrong address. Called them multiple times, no help, no resolution, no sorries. Cakes ruined and my money and time is wasted . Very bad experience.

I was gifted a box of six cupcakes from Sweet E's, and I must say, they were really tasty! The frosting doesn't seem to be buttercream, but also isn't overly sweet, and the cake was surprisingly moist. The vanilla cake / frosting was my favorite, and the chocolate was our least favorite. We found it a little bitter.

This is my second time ordering a birthday cake/cupcakes delivery. I am so happy i found this place. I absolutely LOVE it how organized and on-top-of-it this shop is. I love receiving my order status updates. This way i know exactly where the delivery is.
Apartment buildings of my friends are gated. The drivers contact the recipients and figure out how to give the delivery to them without me getting involved.

I’m not sure if this is even an actually business. I ordered a cake from Sweet E’s bakery for my birthday after visiting their website and being impressed with their selection. I originally ordered online but after not receiving a confirmation I called them directly. The young man who helped me was very kind and helpful and was able to place the order for me. He told me I would receive a confirmation email within minutes but after an hour went by with no confirmation I called again and it finally went through. Long story short the cake that I ordered was never delivered and I was charged shipping

I was looking for a bakery to make me a black cake (like my sisters heart lol) Found Sweet Es Bake shop. I was able to place an order the “ULTRA BLACK CAKE” customize it and even added additional request, they definitely executed above expectations. Ordering online was very simple and user friendly. The cake was moist and tasted amazing! The icing wasn’t overwhelmingly sweet. I forgot to take photos but trust when I say it was a great cake. I will definitely be ordering again. This is one of the best tasting cakes I have ever tasted. This is not an exaggeration. The cake is the right amount of sweet without being overwhelming. The print on top of the selfie cake is very detailed, but of course make sure you get a large enough image. I am looking forward to ordering again for another event.
I didn’t realize until I got there but one must order online. You can’t go to the storefront and place an order, one can only pick up. But honestly that’s fine. The measurements were correct and the cake was ready at the proper time.

So disappointed with this business and their online ordering option. Their website states that free local delivery is available and after verifying the address for delivery was in the service area and that I met the minimum for delivery, the order still wouldn't process without an outrageous $40 delivery fee! I'm not sure why anyone would pay that price. A reasonable fee would be $10 or less, but it was supposed to be free. I tried contacting them by every method they offered on their site: chat, text, email.... none worked. Text/chat wouldn't even go through. Email, no response. Phone, called

I ordered the classic confetti cake for my partner's 30th birthday. With everything included, it came to $90+, and I cannot say I'm very impressed with the quality of the cake. I found it rather dry and flavorless. There was also way too much icing on the cake. For that price, I would have expected better quality, but it felt like something I might find in the supermarket. I don't think I'll be ordering from this shop again.

Amazing service! I made the purchase from Colombia to give a birthday gift to my boyfriend who lives in California and everything was as I asked for. The products really look like the pictures in the web page, very important detail for someone who is buying from abroad like me. I was on an Internet deep dive, unsure of which bakery to choose for a quick custom job,when I discovered Sweet E's! I sent in the design and these custom cupcakes did not disappoint! The flavors were delicious, the picture came out great and best of all when I pulled up someone ran out with my order without me even calling! I was scared at first ordering a cake without going to the actual bakery. Romel and crew did a great job communicating and making sure I was happy. Everything was done through email and payment was done online. I got the cake delivered on time and it was beautiful. Tasted good and delivered professionally. I will definitely be ordering from this place again.

One word, DELICIOUS. We had the most amazing cake tasting experience and it was really hard to choose the cake flavor. We ended up going with coconut and absolutely loved it. The cake was so good I had it for breakfast for three days in a row after the wedding and am already looking forward to having a piece on our one year anniversary. We got RAVE reviews on the cake from all of our guests as well - HIGHLY recommend for anyone who wants delicious baked goods.

ABSOLUTELY EXCELLENT FOR VALENTINES, BIRTHDAYS, AND SUPRISES. I recently broke up with my Ex-girlfriend/ best friend, and her birthday was coming up. I live in New York and she's in LA. Because of work and Covid-19 I couldn't fly to show face and giver her a gift. However, I wanted to do the next best thing and have something deliever to her house. Flowers and edible arrangements are over played so I sought out a local bakery with local delivery in LA, that's when I stumbled on Sweet E's. The Yelp reviews were good, presentation was nice, the prices were a little on the premium

Ordered cookies to be delivered as a surprise for my brothers birthday. Never got delivered on the date I chose, which was over a week ago. STILL haven’t received them!! Have sent emails and called them in which they said they would be delivered that day...STILL NO COOKIES! Terrible terrible service, extremely disappointed 😞
