Management rude. Not really friendly. We live for 2 years an a second floor and You can hear the neighbors upstairs walking all over their apartment. Good luck on sleeping in or enjoying your sleep. Over priced apartments with many homeless people around.

Leasing office made us waste our time and gas by claiming they had available homes when we called, yet when we arrived, they said they had none. They just wanted us to come and check out the place? How unprofessional and scammy is that? Stay away from this place.

Quiet place to live. It's over-priced, but so are the rest of Southern California apartments. Kind of bummed since Covid happened that the pools are only open by reservation. Clean and well kept at least.

We moved here from out of state 6 months ago and it has been nothing but amazing at Villa La Paz. It’s safe, quiet and clean. Maintenance is quick and has been great. Leasing office is always very nice. I love how the apartment complex often has different events for the tenants. Pool is clean, we love the hot tub and multiple laundry facilities on site make it easy. 100% recommend it here!

I am a current tenant. Here, there always are some workers fixing something and making a lot of noise. During the pandemic, I got stuck in my apartment and I have to tolerate the loud noises that they make every day.

I really like Villa De Paz, the receptionist and Office Staff are very courteous and polite. I hope they can make a few exceptions and let us in WE ARE GREAT PAYERS AND PAY RENT ON TIME. Please consider us we have a child. This place is a GREAT GET AWAY FROM ALL THE HUSTLE AND BUSTLE of the CITY. It’s very quiet has 3 pools rainbows and lollipops.

Turn around and find another place to live. I have not lived in apartments for many years and now I remember why. Out of one year of living these people found at least 6 times to enter my apartment and one garage inspection . The people who live here can not seem to lift trash bin to throw away garbage so they throw it on the ground 😒 Children at pool throwing dirt and rocks in Jacuzzi because the parents did not care I guess. I moved out and they charged for anything and everything so be aware!!! They took my whole deposit PLUS a bill of 650.00.. NOT CHEAP. On top of this they turned me into

Absolute garbage place to live. i had lived there in 2013 for 2 years and the extreme rules and bossiness of this place us ridiculous. nothing is ever fixed properly. washer and dryers arent maintained. the majority office staff is rude, curt, and unhelpful. the main redeeming quality is that there is one employee here, Jennifer, who is the absolute best person. she is patient, understanding and works very hard to help you out. i would always recommend contacting her over everyone else if you need help.

I had a great time while I was living there. Yvonne and one other young man in the front office are so lovely and helpful, but I had little luck with anyone else in the office. I have been moved out for 2 months now and am still having issues with them charging me rent!
