I moved here from out of state to start a new job. Asked before moving on all information for move in, they failed to tell me that I needed to rent a fridge (delivery took 3 weeks with the company they suggested), How the laundry room works/ that I needed cash (specifically a 10 or 20$ bill) to purchase a laundry card, that the garage under my apartment is rented by someone else (loud garage door sounds all hours of the night) and that if I ever needed any help I would get a snarky/ you are bothering me response. DO NOT MOVE HERE.

Cars get broken into all the time and the leasing office simply does not care. They have their little speech they give you about how wow they are so sorry that happened but they won’t do anything about it and send you on your way. It’s your fault you have an extra car you have to park on the street. They say they’re implementing a new parking system but you will still only get one permit for the spots in the complex so it solves nothing. The leasing office staff is completely unhelpful and does not care about their tenants. Move somewhere else.

I dislike the new parking policy. It's a degradation of resident service that only benefits a management team too lazy or incompetent to maintain assigned parking. As a result, reliable parking is no longer possible and management shows open contempt to residents that object.

It used to be great it. However in the last year so many changes have happened that I would give it a 1 star right now but over the 2yrs I was there I was really only disappointed in the final 6 months. I would have even given a higher review if they weren't still as of this posting 28 days after my move out still messing around with my refund. … Watch out for their CUBS charges. They bill you $2.50 every month that you aren't told about upfront. Then when you go to move out you get charged your full month processing along with a $6.95 admin fee to close your account (again wasn't told up
