Air conditioner went out for the 2 time in 2 years, maintenance tried very hard to fix it last night and informed us that they were not able to make repairs and they would follow up in the morning. They did not have any portable units available last night and with the temperature of 88 inside our apartment last night we were forced to make other arrangements. Talked to the on site manager on site this morning about the current situation and she was rude and confrontational, it's no wonder they have such a low approval rating. Do not waste your time viewing or trying to rent an apartment here. The agents are liars and will string you along. I felt discriminated by them for being a disabled vet with an Emotional support animal. They strung me along regarding an apartment I wanted to rent, which they already had rented out to someone else. They are underhanded and discriminatory.

It's unfortunate there is no rating less than a 1 here. Upon move-in, we had nothing but problems from the start. The leasing consultant insisted on doing our walk through and didn't note the items we brought up. Most complexes allow you to fill out your own move-in checklist and turn in the same day. Not this place. We brought a ton of different items upon move-in, which were never resolved nor written down...which ended up haunting us on move-out.

We have lived here for the past 7 years and had never had an issue, but until recently we had our car broken into in the parking lot right in front of the office. We go in to tell the manager and she didn't seem to care and referred us to one of the other office workers and they pretty much told us tough luck and that its none of there problem. I advise everybody to read all the reviews and to those who want to live here to find other apartments nearby.

When we first moved into Villas Antonio I was very happy. This was actually the third time we had lived there. The first two times we moved out, we had no troubles. When we went back the third time, everyone was still friendly, the maintenance guys were always right on time when something needed to be fixed but the landscaping was a bit worn out and bare in spots. Not that big of a deal. However, upon moving out this last time, I am VERY unhappy with how we have been treated. I will never go back to Villas Antonio! We had a walk through done by the maintenance man who said we'd be charged for cleaning

Neighbors below moved in and smoke cigars in there patio we have to keep all windows closed 24/7 because the smell goes into our apartment. My son can't play on the patio anymore because the smell gives him and us a headache. The office told us to buy a fan and extension cord and put it in our balcony. Money coming out of my pocket and now we can't enjoy our patio that were paying for.
