I've had a few maintenance requests, such as replacing our front door light bulb, the restrooms outlet, and the bath tub faucet. David has always come to our rescue. He is very attentive, kind, and respectful when entering the apartment. David is also always acknowledging us throughout the apartment complex as well. David is an excellent asset to the property management team. Thank you, David, for all of your hard work and fixing all of our issues on time!

David, our maintenance hero, is amazing!! He is so attentive and immediately knows how to solve any issue. He’s extremely knowledgeable and a really kind, sweet man. Just hanging out with him/saying hi, will brighten anyone’s day. I can’t sing his praises enough. He’s one of the best highlights of Madrid apartments! :)

Dave, in maintenance, is one of the best things about living here! He really cares about people, gets the job done, and always has a great attitude. I never have to worry when I encounter even the smallest issue. The office staff are fantastic and very welcoming. Most importantly, I feel safe here. I gave it 4 stars because the garages are tiny and I often have trouble getting in and out of my car. Trying to park it in there is a bit of a nightmare and requires extreme focus. At least for me.

Wanted to start off by saying, i would recommend Madrid to anyone looking into apartments. Everyone is so friendly and always ready to help. I especially want to recognize David, everyday we get a hello from him and have pleasant talks with him. He's always asking how we're doing, making sure everything in the apartment is okay and truthfully making us feel as though we are cared for. We are very thankful for Madrid's maintenance team for continuously doing their jobs and taking the time to get to know it's residents. They are all much appreciated!!

We have been here for about a month now and we absolutely love it! Not only is the complex nice, but they are quick to respond, especially David, the maintenance man! He is always checking in and making sure everything is good. He is a hard worker who always makes sure to do his best. We definitely made the right choice in moving here!

Madrid apartments has hands down been the best apartment complex I have lived at so far! It really does feel like a community here and we love it. The Assistant manager Kim is the best!! she really does care about the residences and helped our move in go very smoothly and even checked in with us the day after to see how are move was going! A few weeks after move in we noticed our AC wasn't working properly and Javier and David came right away to fix it and were great.
We are very happy to live here and plan to stay for awhile :)

After moving back to Southern California in October of 2019, Madrid Apartments have been a great place to live. We are closing on our two years of living here. Nothing to complain about in this community, this past year has been tough on everyone, and the staff just made it a lot easier to deal with by keeping the community safe. The safety of the residents has been their priority, and I can't thank them enough. We recently had our first issue, and it was our AC just blowing warm air and not cooling. My wife and I work from home and were not looking forward to being in a warm townhouse working

I just wanted to give a very huge shout out and a thanks to the office management at Madrid. Kim has been so helpful and obviously genuinely cares about the residents here. During my lease renewal I had added a new roommate and she helped make it a smooth transition. I love how the office is open everyday so you can always get a quick answer or a solution to your problem. I wasn't paying attention when accidentally paid double the amount of rent online, In a panic I ran down and Kim

This is the first apartment complex I've lived where the maintenance team feels like part of the community. David is the best - he is always checking in to make sure everything is working in our apartment. We haven't had many issues but if we did, I know we could walk outside and approach David who would be more than eager to address it right away.
He sincerely cares about the residents here, makes an effort to remember everyone's names and also makes sure everyone feels safe. It wouldn't be the same without him at Madrid. Thanks for all you do!

Madrid is a great place to live. Going on my third year this March. I love moving every year (crazy I know) but I've just really enjoyed my experience here. Especially with David. He is so pleasant and friendly. There was a bit of turn over here with staff since I first got here and thankfully David had been here from the start. Always gets the job done, is reliable, and communicates effectively.

We have been living here for just over two years now and it has been great. The neighbors have always been friendly and the office and maintenance staff are great. We have had a few maintenance issues here and there and David has always been helpful and friendly while helping resolve them. They periodically arrange small community events that are pretty cool.
Perhaps the only cons I could think of are proximity to the freeway (which is generally quiet, but sometimes gets a little loud) and the tight guest parking with only a few guest spaces and the nearest street parking ~1 mile up the street
