The office and management is horrible they never answer the phone and when they do decide to answer there not informing. Never truly have correct answer nor do the maintenance know how to correctly fix things I’m just over this place… waiting on my lease to be up moving outta here… mind you my car has been broken into twice

Used to live here until water pipes in the apartment above us burst, flooding our apartment. Management lied about the extent of the damage caused (we were out of town) and we only found out because a friend went in to check on our stuff and took pictures of just how far the water had gone.
Mold began to set in the drywall and they refused to properly address it (drywall has to be torn down once mold has set, they would not do so.).
The people they hired to measure the moisture levels in the wall were completely wrong or lied, as we hired our own inspector that contradicted theirs. To our knowledge

My boyfriend and I moved into this apartment complex in October of last year, and let me just say that I am less than impressed with this establishment, and if I could give them 0 stars, I would. We should have known from the get go that things weren't up to par when we initially signed our lease, because before we even signed, we were not shown an apartment, and even after doing so, we were not allowed to see our apartment until move-in day EVEN AFTER PAYING THE PRORATE AND DEPOSIT.
